Disappointment! Poor Sales Strategy! Poor Service! i bought a hyundai kona 2019 last february of this year 2019. We trade the old veloster because we taught that they will give us a good service coz my i bought a hyundai kona 2019 last february of this year 2019. We trade the old veloster because we taught that they will give us a good service coz my sister already have a record with them. But it never happen this time. The sales agent and finance guy talked very well as they told that they will give a good package in this car. He said he will include the paint protection but not 3m. We agree on that to the point that he will include in the package for free of charge. After 4 months ago this brand new car had heated engine issue. That’s the time we knew that they did a trick on the price cost of this car. The packages he told that he will included in the car is not free! It’s been charge also to me! He never ever mentioned and specify to me and to my sister that he will included in the package but with charge. Two persons inside his room and he’s the only one so 2 against one. We are not deft! We heard every single words coming to his liar mouth! He just say “ok i will include paint protection but not 3m coz i can’t give all the packages at the same time” We taught that would be free but it’s not! So why he will say “PACKAGE” in a first place if you gonna charge also!!! HE NEVER SAID THAT ALL THE PACKAGES HE WILL INCLUDE IS HAVING A CHARGE NEVER!!! WE DON’T NEED ALL THOSE PACKAGES AND PAINT PROTECTION!!! I JUST NEED A NORMAL CAR THAT’S IT!!! HE IS THE ONE WHO OFFERS IT’S COMING ALL TO HIS MOUTH HE IS THE ONE WHO OFFERS THE PACKAGES THAT WE THOUGHT IT’S FREE!!! HE NEVER EVER SAY THAT IT’S ALL HAVING CHARGE!!! NEVER!!! NO THIEF PERSON SAYING HE STOLE, NO KILLER PERSON HE SAY HE KILLED, SO WHY THEY WILL MEAN IT THAT THEY HAVE WRONG IN DEALING WITH THOSE PACKAGES THAT HE OFFER IN A FIRST PLACE!!! If nothing happens to my car we will never knew that there is a mistake over charge on my paper. And they never solve the issue regarding on heated engine of my car. They can’t say what is the cause of heated engine. What they say on their report is blaming someone who use my car and open the ac but not reach the full level. Of course we will open the ac coz the weather is hot but the thing is it’s not cooling! One of your hundred cars might one of them have factory defect. And they did nothing on that! They cannot change my car! They cannot give me loaner! They say no to all! While when i am buying this car they talk very good and saying a lot of packages that we taught it’s included and free of charge, BUT IT’S ALL CHARGED!!! He never specify that he will give package with charge! We are 2 persons inside his office while he is saying that! They also higher the price of my car which is not same in the msrp price. The e-mail address and phone number in my protection plan was totally incorrect! They did that on purpose! For the big commission! And my sister should get a referral fee from them coz my sister have been bought a car with them before and she refer me to them. But they never give anything! WE WENT TO OTHER DEALERSHIP COMPANY TO ASK HELP ABOUT MY CAR, AND THAT’S THE TIME WE DISCOVER THAT WE HAVE BEEN OVER CHARGE BY THOSE AGENT IN HYUNDAI WEST END!!! THEY CHECK EVERYTHING ON MY PAPERS AND THEY SAY THAT MY CAR SHOULD BE FULLY LOADED OF THE PRICE THAT HYUNDAI WEST END GIVE BUT THE THING IS THEY CHARGE ME MORE BUT MY CAR THAT THEY GAVE TO ME IS A BASE AND NO ANY SAFETY FEATURES NOT EVEN IN A LEATHER SEATS!!! The price of my car that they give is equivalent of a price of a two cars. They charge me more but my car is a BASE! I KNOW THAT THEY WILL SAY THAT I SIGN EVERYTHING IN THE PAPER. THEY WILL NEVER MEAN THAT THEY DID A MISTAKE ON GIVING ME A HIGHER PRICE OF THE CAR AND THOSE PAINT PROTECTION PACKAGES THAT WE THOUGHT HE INCLUDED AS A PACKAGES FOR FREE BUT IT’S NOT!!!! It’s been clear that they want only big commission and don’t ever care to their customer and clients! Might everyday they fooled many clients on their price strategy or i can say “HOKUS POKUS DEAL”. I am so disappointed by their service! They take advantage of the innocence of someone who is new in buying a new car! Instead of helping me they say a “BIG NO” to all of my concerns! Commission is done so why they will care! Never ever deal with them anymore! Such a big disappointment if you will buy a new car with them! “LIFE IS A BOOMERANG, WHAT YOU GIVE, IS WHAT YOU WILL GET” More

I was treated with respect, care, and courtesy and I felt that my needs and wants were really listened to. I was given a great selection of vehicles to test drive, which allowed me to make important comparisons. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured, and when I finally made a decision, every effort was made to close my transaction in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with my vehicle, the price, warranty and extra care I was given. Jordan was knowledgeable, professional and fun to deal with. One out of 20 ant bad So there we were going from one dealer to another hopping looking searching . Some said they just sold it some said they dont have it some never heard of it and gave us a funny look . Just had 2 lemons you could say no thanks we said.Spend all day in red deer the day before and nothing. Thought we had a good one in edmonton so off we went today. Traveling 3 hours to go see. Just when all hope was lost, well what about that one? We’re in edmonton now. Lets go see maybe just maybe. Thats when we met Alan Sugiyama. Here we go again we thought . But wait what is this. he listened? He had one ? Its here ? Cant be true right ? Showed us 2 other ones quick . No thanks not quite it . Ok he says well the one you asked for just pulled up. Ok cool lets go see. It looks good.... its got what we want .... its in our price range ... hmmm ok what about a drive? Got the keys right here he said . Ok cool lets go . As we drive he makes small talk really nice guy hes got a wife and kids. Then he startes talking about the car was driving fine good nothing wrong woth this one it seams. So this is the work we did on it alan said. and wow they accualy fixed the problems before reselling awesome got the shop paper work in hand. Make it back to the dealership in one piece ok well show me the carfax gotta be something . Nope nothing out of the ordanairy just as alan said . Down to brass tax! This is what we’ll offer you .... ok alan said let me go see . Sorry cant this is what i need and we’ll fix this and this . . Hmmm ok what about this and you fix this ? That all we can do . Alan came back 2 mins later shook our hands and said you got it . No bs no well what about this other one what about a little more for a new one nope Alan got us what we wanted and all for a fair price and it maybe took 45 min . He was the best salesman in 20 dealerships we visited in 2 days. Nice understanding no bs and fun even got to ring the gong when we settled up. Alan Sugiyama at west edmonton hyundai in our opinion is the best salesman from red deer to edmonton hands down!!!!!!! Everyone we talked to at west ed hyundai was vary nice and not pushy at all was a vary awesome experience Thanks from Johnny and Jeleis!!! More
Amazing Buying Experience x2! In 2016 I purchased a used Hyundai from Allan, and it was easy, not stressful and he went above and beyond to make my buying experience great! I decid In 2016 I purchased a used Hyundai from Allan, and it was easy, not stressful and he went above and beyond to make my buying experience great! I decided to upgrade to an SUV and knew I needed to go back and see Allan, and again he was patient with wanting to test drive multiple vehicles, and then letting my spouse test drive the ones I liked. He made financing easy to understand, and went above so I could take my vehicle home that day. He called to follow up a week later to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle. He helped set up my first service appointment, and went above to get me transportation to work while my vehicle was being detailed and add-on’s installed. Sarah in service has been great the last couple of months as well, and went above to help me with my old car, and helped set up my future service for my new vehicle. When I walk into this dealership everyone is very friendly, I have never felt pressured by sales, or service. Would highly recommend. More

Once again we ended up back at Hyundai. The quality of the vehicle, available options and more just seem to be a best fit for us. The staff at WEH didn't presume to know what we wanted and push it on us, like so many other sales groups do. They listened and presented options and alternatives, not limitations. Another positive Hyundai experience all the way around. More
