I was really screwed over by north-star Hyundai because they promised me the world and didn't deliver. And who ever reads this im telling you Dont go to north-star Hyundai they are full of CRAP and they ne they promised me the world and didn't deliver. Anyway I called west end Hyundai because I really wanted my new car in a particular color and wanted to see if north-star was lying to me (witch they were) and ended up talking to a really nice guy named Dylan. I feel bad that I took out all my frustrations on him but like a man he took it. He told me that he could give me the same deal as north-star Hyundai and was honest about how long it would take to get the car I wanted there. So I went in and he delivered his promise. Then I ended up speaking with Lewa who is the sales manager and he also helped out my situation by giving me free tint like I was promised. After all numbers were crunched and a great trade in value for my car they sent me to Scott. I was not happy that I had to see another fiance guy but Scott was so sweet and even gave me advice about where to get a good mortgage. After all was said and done they did there best to keep there word and I would defiantly buy a car from them again. More

First, when my wife and I arrived at dealership we were greeted by the receptionist, offered a seat, and our presence announced. It did not take more than a minute before a sales agent came to us. I had been at a couple of other dealership where it took between 15-20 minutes before somebody attended to us. The sales representative who talked to us is called Allan Sugiyamma. He was very patient in listening to us to find out what type of vehicle we wanted. After this he got a couple of keys to different models of the vehicle we wanted. This made choosing easy for us. He also offered us the full range of products that we could add to our vehicle, including 3M Guard to prevent rock chips, underneath coating to prevent rusting, among other products. Alan never pushed for us to have any of the products offered. However, we were convinced on the 3m rock guard. Allan has such a pleasant personality and so we were happy to have been served by him. After this he invited his manager, Lewa Seifeddine, to join us discuss the cost of the vehicle we had selected. I was struck by the openness with which Lewa discussed the pricing of the vehicle. Lewa offered us a very good deal. On the whole, I am very pleased that I bought my Hyundai from West Edmonton Hyundai. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I had myself a fantastic experience with West End Hyundai. I was quite nervous walking through the doors and my salesperson Dylan was very patient with me, and my wonderful, overactive 4 year old :) Hyundai. My daughter recommeded this dealer to us as our vehicle at the time was about to die on us! From the first moment we went into the dealship we found friendly, fun and well informed staff - all of them! Add at the time was about to die on us! We test drove and were offered what looked like a good deal on the salesman's demo. In the past we have bought vehicles that we later felt the deal could have been better so now we always walk away at first and to some research. Alan and John did talked to us before we left without pressuring us about the deal and gave us the time to think about the deal. When I returned on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with questions my husband had from out of town, each time I was treated with respect and humor about how often I visited and no impatience that my visits were often right near (and after) closing time. We got to visit with lots of the staff and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone we dealt with. If the person I was there to see was busy someone else would offer us water or just visit (Ocean) until they were ready for us. The deal finally met both of our criteria and we signed papers. This is the first time in buying a car that I enjoyed the people in the finance office (Maddy and Vance) as much as the salespeople. I never felt pressured about taking the deal or not or about any upgrades that are normally pushed. Thanks very much it was fun. More

Throughout the process, we felt that West Edmonton upheld their commitment to “over-deliver on customer’s expectations” and everyone proved to be polite, friendly and direct. We appreciated the honest representation of their inventory and prices, which we did not find at other dealerships. After the purchase, Ocean also took the time to accompany us "out-of-towners" in order to expediently locate an open registry to license our new car. We were pleasantly surprised to find this dealership and will recommend it to many. It was well worth the drive. More
