We test drove and were offered what looked like a good deal on the salesman's demo. In the past we have bought vehicles that we later felt the deal could have been better so now we always walk away at first and to some research. Alan and John did talked to us before we left without pressuring us about the deal and gave us the time to think about the deal. When I returned on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with questions my husband had from out of town, each time I was treated with respect and humor about how often I visited and no impatience that my visits were often right near (and after) closing time. We got to visit with lots of the staff and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone we dealt with. If the person I was there to see was busy someone else would offer us water or just visit (Ocean) until they were ready for us. The deal finally met both of our criteria and we signed papers. This is the first time in buying a car that I enjoyed the people in the finance office (Maddy and Vance) as much as the salespeople. I never felt pressured about taking the deal or not or about any upgrades that are normally pushed. Thanks very much it was fun. More

After being at several dealerships in Calgary, we drove to West Edmonton Hyundai. Within ½ hour we were presented with a very attractive deal to purchase a new vehicle. Throughout the process, we felt that West Edmonton upheld their commitment to “over-deliver on customer’s expectations” and everyone proved to be polite, friendly and direct. We appreciated the honest representation of their inventory and prices, which we did not find at other dealerships. After the purchase, Ocean also took the time to accompany us "out-of-towners" in order to expediently locate an open registry to license our new car. We were pleasantly surprised to find this dealership and will recommend it to many. It was well worth the drive. More
My daughter recommeded this dealer to us as our vehicle at the time was about to die on us! We finally got approved for a 2007 Dodge Nitro and we feel that the whole experience has changed how we look at car dealerships BUT just this one! We will be back and have told anyone who will listen to go to these folks! You can't go wrong with these guys - they actually care and listen to you - what a concept these days! Go West Ed Hyundai!! Social media helped close the deal on this sale. Sales managers were also terrific. Brought by the service manager as well to answer my concerns. This helped as well. We took our Elantra in for its routine mainteance and decided to take a stroll through the lot. As we are expecting a new addition to our family we thought about checking out what was available. We were greeted warmly in the show room by Richard, he took us through our options and explained all the ins and outs of the vehicles that would meet our needs. Richard took the time to show us through the dealerships not unimpressive selection. After about an hour on the lot we had decided on a Santa Fe. My wife and I felt that Richard was a real straight shooter and didn't try to rope us into anything more than we needed. In the end we took the Santa Fe for a test drive and were really impressed. When it came time to hammer out the details we sat with Richard and discussed trading in our current vehicle. Richard explained how trade in value and best price worked. In the end because of work uncertainties we decided that in spite of Richards in exhaustible enthusiasm, we decided to wait on the decision till we have some more stability. With all this being said, we live in the north end. There are many dealerships on the way to West Edmonton Hyundai. It is well worth the trip, and when our situation irons out a little more, we will definitely be going back to this dealership. And to Richard's office specifically. More

We were very happy with the service, knowledge and level of professionalism provided to us. The above mentioned gentlemen were all very friendly and eager to help in every way and not at all pushy. I had to return to get the rest of the accessories added to the vehicle and they made my return trip more than worthwhile. We will be recommending this dealership and these gentlemen in particular to family and friends that are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. And before I forget to mention the primary reason for our visit- I absolutely love the Santa Fe! More
