I was greeted in a timely fashion by Alan who was extremely friendly but not pushy. I showed him the ad that had brought me to the dealership and he was quick to respond knowledgeably about it. Since I was not interested in a sun roof and they did not have one without it on the lot, he did a search and found a vehicle that I liked in another province. Waiting a few extra days was not a problem for me so we went ahead with the transaction. I met Matty who explained the financing. She was also very friendly and helpful. I was introduced to Aaron who assured me that everything that I needed would be looked into. Within 2 hours of returning home, Matty called me and confirmed that I was accepted for financing. Two days later, Alan called to tell me that my car was on its way. When the car was received in Edmonton, Alan called again and informed me that it would be ready for pick up in two days. Diane was extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance so that was handled quickly. I picked up my vehicle yesterday. Alan, again went over all of the features and answered any questions that I had. Diane met with me in her office where the final paper work was completed. I now have my new car and am very happy with it and with the excellent service that I received. The price of the vehicle was reasonable and the additional perks of free oil changes and 30 cents off per litre of gasoline until the end of the year are a plus. Much like another reviewer, I too had an atrocious experience at Northstar Hyundai and had been waiting a month for a car that I was told would be in within a few short days. Frustrated after being told for a fourth time that the car still wasn’t in, I immediately took my business to West End Hyundai where I dealt with Christa and Aaron. They were very patient, honest and gracious to me despite my curt and snappy attitude given my previous car buying nightmare and hesitation about the process. They were very attentive and gave me a complete layout of all the costs involved in my purchase and accommodated much of what I was previously offered at the other dealer, and then some. Naturally, delivery date of the vehicle was important to me, as I had already been waiting a month with the other dealer for a car. They assured me it would arrive just a few days later on Monday, and to my complete (and thrilled) shock, it did! I am so thankful to West End Hyundai for reversing a devastating experience for me, and making it a pleasant one. I was really screwed over by north-star Hyundai because they promised me the world and didn't deliver. Anyway I called west end Hyundai because I really wanted my new car in a particular color and wanted to see if north-star was lying to me (witch they were) and ended up talking to a really nice guy named Dylan. I feel bad that I took out all my frustrations on him but like a man he took it. He told me that he could give me the same deal as north-star Hyundai and was honest about how long it would take to get the car I wanted there. So I went in and he delivered his promise. Then I ended up speaking with Lewa who is the sales manager and he also helped out my situation by giving me free tint like I was promised. After all numbers were crunched and a great trade in value for my car they sent me to Scott. I was not happy that I had to see another fiance guy but Scott was so sweet and even gave me advice about where to get a good mortgage. After all was said and done they did there best to keep there word and I would defiantly buy a car from them again. More

First, when my wife and I arrived at dealership we were greeted by the receptionist, offered a seat, and our presence announced. It did not take more than a minute before a sales agent came to us. I had been at a couple of other dealership where it took between 15-20 minutes before somebody attended to us. The sales representative who talked to us is called Allan Sugiyamma. He was very patient in listening to us to find out what type of vehicle we wanted. After this he got a couple of keys to different models of the vehicle we wanted. This made choosing easy for us. He also offered us the full range of products that we could add to our vehicle, including 3M Guard to prevent rock chips, underneath coating to prevent rusting, among other products. Alan never pushed for us to have any of the products offered. However, we were convinced on the 3m rock guard. Allan has such a pleasant personality and so we were happy to have been served by him. After this he invited his manager, Lewa Seifeddine, to join us discuss the cost of the vehicle we had selected. I was struck by the openness with which Lewa discussed the pricing of the vehicle. Lewa offered us a very good deal. On the whole, I am very pleased that I bought my Hyundai from West Edmonton Hyundai. I highly recommend this dealership. More
