I was very pleased with the service and car that I left with. I went in well prepared with pricing and a list of cars I wanted to look a,t and I was set on buying a used honda. When we went into West Edmonton Hyundai we were first met by Mr Le who was very polite and welcoming he answered our questions, was very patient and did not pressure us in any way. Once we decided to purchased our Elantra he introduced us to Mr. Scott Wilson who did the finalization of the sale. Mr. Wilson informed us of the after market products we could purchase but in no way pressured us to do so. Very professional. While we were waiting for our new car Mr. Le stayed with us even though he could have approached other potential customers. We will be sending anyone who asks about our vehicle to see Mr. Le and Mr. Scott. These two gentlemen and the cleanliness of the dealership convinced us that we we purchasing the vehicle that we required. More

Both my parents and I had an overall positive experience with the sales rep, sales manager and the finance manager on my first visit to the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to have everythi with the sales rep, sales manager and the finance manager on my first visit to the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to have everything completed in such a fast,efficient and friendly manner, from the initial review of the car on the showroom floor, test drive, negotiating the price and what options,packages, etc... to be included. This included taking time to explain,review and view the latter. I appreciated the honesty in recognizing that the front bumper had been damaged and putting in writing that it would be replaced with a new one.I very much look forward to seeing my new Elantra CLS when I go for pick-up of the vehicle in two short days. I did not evaluate the "Quality of Work", as it has not been completed in the service shop yet. They also treated us how I believe they would expect to be treated should they be purchasing a vehicle, and they were respectful, allowing us time to decide, giving us the purchase price when we asked and overall not wasting our time. I want to thank West End Hyundai for demonstrating the customer service that your products deserve! We would most definately recommend this dealership to purchase a vehicle. We have been to some of the other Hyundai dealerships and this is the ONLY one I would return to. More
