They are very transparent about the total and final cost of the vehicle and exactly how it was calculated. Have you ever been to a dealership and you ask for a price and they come back to you with a monthly payment instead? Then you get all excited because it's within your monthly budget? Well, I would bring a calculator if I were you. That dealership is probably overcharging you for the vehicle and making the payments look small because it's over 96 months! You will not be getting that sort of treatment from West Edmonton Hyundai. From the beginning, they will tell you how much the vehicle is going to cost including what's included (oil changes, etching, mats, etc...) and any other additional cost they much charge for selling the vehicle (a/c taxes, tire taxes, tag fees, etc).. Then they show you how they calculate the monthly payments for 48, 60, 72 or 84 months. In addition, they are knowledgeable, friendly and they RESPECT your time! No back and forth about anything (unlike other dealerships) and they are quick at getting back to you. In addition, they give you a fair trade value for your car and there is no BS whatsoever. We dealt with Richard Lam and he was very polite, friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend this salesperson. You will not regret buying your vehicle from this dealership. More

Richard is a very passionate yet genuine Hyundai salesman. We did test drives at Honda and Toyota before going to Hyundai and it was a much different experience. Richard actually comes with you in t salesman. We did test drives at Honda and Toyota before going to Hyundai and it was a much different experience. Richard actually comes with you in the car and makes sure you test all the features the car has to offer (eg. reliability in the brakes, handling, safety etc.) It gave us a better sense of what the car actually could do rather than just driving it around town aimlessly. Richard is also the most accessible salesman out there. He is always adamant about calling with any questions we have, even after we bought the car. We went to pick up our new Elantra yesterday and Richard sat with us in the car to go through each feature of the car in detail and when he found out about a feature he didn't know about he was genuinely excited about it. When you meet a salesman who is that genuinely passionate about the car you are buying, you know you've made the right choice. I would recommend Richard to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai..you won't be disappointed in the service. More

My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle and we decided to drop by the West Edmonton dealerships. We visited Hyundai because of the sales promotion that was on which we had seen in the newspaper an decided to drop by the West Edmonton dealerships. Alan Sugiyama, Sales Associate, was the first to receive us at the front entrance and inquired what we would like to look at. We had seen the sexy Elantra models around Edmonton and we were excited to see how the car functioned. Alan was very kind and knowledgeable as he showed us the exterior/interior of the show model. We asked for a test drive and Alan quickly set us up in the vehicle. The test drive was spectacular so we were prepared to move forward with the pricing. Alan was extremely forthright and transparent with us and explained all of the pricing details. We decided on the GLS trim with remote starter and winter tires. Alan showed us the protection packages and explained everything to us so we could make an educated decision on what was right for us. We felt so comfortable and well treated at West Edmonton Hyundai. Aaron Ratsoy, New Car Sales Manager, greeted us to finalize the pricing for the 2013 Elantra GLS Automatic. Aaron was very helpful and confirmed all of the final details required for the paperwork to be processed. We also had the pleasure of meeting Krystle Tanasiychuk, Finance Director, who assisted us with the banking and credit side of things. I am writing this review to tell you, the consumer, that my experience was the best I have had at a car dealership. The customer service and friendliness is a benchmark for all other dealerships. The knowledge and customer service was second to none. We are very excited and looking forward to picking up our new Elantra this week. We look forward to going to our dealership for maintenance and know that there will be a great staff there to meet us.
