We were actually going to leave to look at other vehicles, when we spotted the Santa Fe we wanted. We went back in to the showroom to look at the floor model and Richard approached us to see if we had more questions. We told him we found the vehicle we wanted and could we take it for test drive. He got the unit ready and we hit the road. He pointed out the many positive features of the Santa Fe. Once back to the dealership they answered all of our questions and worked with what we wanted not what they wanted. Mike Erickson in financing was awesome to deal with as well. We required a larger vehicle than the Sante Fe (great vehicle by the way as we have owned one in the past) or Veracruz and much to our chagrin the Entourage is no longer brought into Canada so we decided on purchasing a used vehicle. We did go to 2 other dealerships before making any decisions. Alan, Melanie & Mike were understanding and helpful. I was lucky enough to have Richard answer my call when I phoned to discuss used car options, specifically an SUV at west end hyundai. We did not once feel that he was just dealing with us to "get the sale" and in fact took the time to understand what we were looking for so that he could provide us with as many options so that we could make a sound decision. Once we narrowed the SUV down to a few choices Richard again provided in-depth information on the vehicles and the various options. He took the time to answer our questions and did not pressure us at any time to make any quick decisions, rather he wanted us to take the time to make our decision and was very conscious of our wants and needs. Once we decided on the vehicle and began working with Vance in finance, we were again extremely pleased with his courteousness which made the entire experience very pleasant. Alan was the sales associate I dealt with. He was extremely organized, knowledgeable and, perhaps most importantly, did not try to pressure me into anything. In fact, he is a huge reason why I bought a car at Hyundai and, more specifically, West Edmonton Hyundai. In the finance department, I dealt with Vance Yue. Vance was a pleasure to deal with. He was able to explain the complexities of vehicle finance in a patient, easy to understand manner. While he presented me with all of the various options and packages, he made it very clear that it was my decision. He handled all of the paper work in fast, efficient manner while presenting a welcoming, easy-going atmosphere. Honorable mention also goes to Aaron Ratsoy and Brian Dawson. I only had brief encounters with Aaron and Brian but was, again, very pleased with the service I received. Overall, I would highly recommend West Edmonton Hyundai and more specifically, Alan for all your new car needs. More
