Danny, the sales manager, came to meets us when the dollar figure came in place, but he acted very professional without going through the extensive game other car dealers play. He told us his number and we told him what we had in mind and we decided to meet in the middle. Richard was off the day we got possession of the SUV, but he came in his own time to explain the details I needed to know before I drove it out of the parking lot. We were also impressed that it was voted 2012 North American car for 2012! Alan was a very helpful salesman. He went the extra steps to ensure that we were completely satisfied. So now we have two Hyundai's in our family, the Elantra and the Tuscon. We called West Ed Hyundai and they shipped us our parts for way cheaper than we were expecting. This shows that they still care once you have left with your new vehicle. More
