Great experience! I dealt with Christa and Alan while at the dealership when I went to check out an Acura RDX 20122 I had seen online. To make the story short, my experience at the dealership was awesome. Chirsta and Alan are just fantastic people to deal with, and very honest! They disclosed all the fees and the actual window price of the car which made it a stroll in the park for me to get the price I wanted to pay. Not the typical xxxxxxxx from other dealers where they only tell you the bi-weekly amount, and always hide the total price so that they can milk your wallet. They definitely know what Costumer Service means in this dealership. At the end, we ended up getting the car. A week after the purchase, Alan and Christa called me to see how everything was, and the following week I received a letter in the mail thanking me for having bought the car. To top it all off, today Alan called me to wish me a Happy B-day....I mean, he didn't have to since they already have my business but it shows you the amount of attention their costumers get. It was brought in and cleaned up the same afternoon, so both my husband and I could come back later that evening to both look at it. All the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, fun but at the same time laid back. They didn't make us feel like we were being pressured into buying something we might not have wanted. Purchasing a vehicle is one of my most stressful situations. I worry about getting a good reliable vehicle that won't eat gas, need numerous repairs or cost a small fortune. This was a reason I chose to look at the Santa Fe XL. Hyundai offers a 5 year warrenty not just 3. If I don't have to worry for an extra 2 years about vehicle repairs, that means a lot. I hate putting money into vehicles... It's a huge stress for me when I have to pay for more then regular maintenance. Another huge bonus for me, are the free oil changes for as long as I own my vehicle. I walked into West Edmonton Hyundai and it was very clean, bright and everyone was extremely friendly. I didn't wait even a minute before I was greeted by Lloyd. He went over everything in the vehicle before I even test drove it. I found this helpful, because there is no reason to drive a vehicle if it doesn't have everything I want. I can't say anything bad about my Santa Fe except that I couldn't get grey interior. I never felt pressured to buy and they worked extra hard to make me feel happy about buying this vehicle. They even gave me the option to chose a different Santa Fe because I wasn't comfortable with the 300km on the first one they located. That showed me that they knew what was important to me and wanted to make everything perfect. On the day I picked up the vehicle it was -41 with the wind chill. Lloyd was willing to stay out in the cold as long as I needed to feel comfortable. He had the vehicle in all night so nothing would freeze. When I got to the dealership, the vehicle was running so it was nice and warm. In addition to that, I was taken into the service department, which looks more like an office waiting room, rather then a dirty garage. This was a wonderful discovery, and it meant that they also care about how you are treated after you buy! I was given a contact in the service department to call anytime I have to book appointments or have questions. I honestly have never had much history or knowledge of Hyundai; but after driving and purchasing one at West Edmonton Hyundai I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from there in the future. More
