I am just glad that she had the tenacity to find the right dealership and a salesman who could make a difficult situation right. The young salesman, Ken Labine, was very nice and I know he went an extra mile to help us. If he could put up with all my daughters' questions and car stories without rolling his eyes, he is a true professional. I am thankful for all the help we got from him. I do miss having an electric seat, but manually adjusting it will keep me nimble and my left arm now has muscles from cranking myself up and down in what reminds me of my father's barber chair. I will drive this tucson for a while and will definitely go back to West Edmonton Hyundai if and when I need to get another vehicle. In the meantime, I will go skiing until golf season starts.
