Sold Ghost vehicle, refused refund, go to court Got a deal with Josh from the internet sales over the phone, 1.5 week ago, They sold vehicle below invoice! They also gave me "fake" VIN # and charged Got a deal with Josh from the internet sales over the phone, 1.5 week ago, They sold vehicle below invoice! They also gave me "fake" VIN # and charged a deposit from a credit card. After half week passed, started to call them to find out what is going on with my purchased car, why they don't do delivery and don't do papers etc... Sales Manager Danny, advised over the phone, after 1.5 week they charged credit card, he does NOT have that vehicle in stock, but he has ordered it from Korea! what the BS is that!!!! I requested to get a refund, he refused. Now filing papers to small claim court. They gonna lose more than expected to gain!! never deal with these scam bags, selling ghost vehicles! More

Misdiagnosis of problems and pushing un needed services. All of the issues I encountered were created in the service dept. where they misdiagnosed problems and broke other parts which were removed to perform All of the issues I encountered were created in the service dept. where they misdiagnosed problems and broke other parts which were removed to perform the repair. They were more focused on pushing unnecessary servicing which of course aren't warranty items. They kept on creating oil leaks and glycol leaks until I refused to take it back there and performed the repairs myself. I will never go back there. More

2015 veloster turbo I recently bought a 2015 veloster turbo here I originally was to pick it up Saturday morning but when I found out I'd be getting off early Friday they I recently bought a 2015 veloster turbo here I originally was to pick it up Saturday morning but when I found out I'd be getting off early Friday they did everything in their power to get my in the car before they closed my sales person liberty even stayed late with me sitting in the car going over all the functions and how to use the navigation system ETC etc everybody especially Kevin Ali and liberty were so friendly and helpful anyone who buys a Hyundai in this city and doesn't come here is a fool the service was amazing the car was perfect so thanks again Kevin Ali and and liberty you have no idea how much I appreciate all your hard work you've done for me!!!
