We test drove both vehicles, talked about the cars and dealership several times. Alan is very personable, along with everyone in the dealership. We could talk to anybody at any time. Tracy who is the first responder to phones and walk-in customers was very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. Nobody pushed anything out of perspective, just smart and courteous. Alan was busy so Josh filled in; again very knowledgable and worked our pace. When we bought, the same treatment and patience as the first day we set foot in the dealership. Now that's pretty hard to match. Nikki in finance was the same, very knowledgeable on products whether it was extended warranty or "car care" packages; as well working within our requirements with the financial documentation. This was the first dealership we stopped at and I ended up calling in a few days later and purchasing the vehicle over the phone. Being from out of town this made the process faster and my vehicle was available for pickup the next weekend. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and the price was very reasonable and a lot of the things that are normally extra were included. I will defiantly be recommending this dealership to family and friends. More
