Bought my Tuscon in Aug. 10. Best experience at any dealership so far. Just had my first oil change and took my sister along who bought herself a new Tuscon. My dad was looking for a new vehicle, as his previous lease was due. We had gone to the dealership we bought it at, and our experience was horrible, so we went looking around, and ended up at westend. lease was due. We walked in, were greeted very quickly by Gerry, told him what we were there for, and off he went to crunch numbers....but not before we were offered something to drink. wait...is this really a dealership? So we returned a few days later to get everything done. While it was blizarding, we were greeted with smiles. Wow, these people must really like what they do. Since our last visit, we can changed our minds on the type of vehicle..."no problem, we will run more numbers", they said...."but, do you want something to drink while you wait"? Then Lou came by to walk us through the numbers. He was fair, but nice about it - hey, we all know its a business. when my dad decided to buy the car, we had to wait a bit for the paperwork to be done. Never fear though, since we were checked up on. As my dad is a diabetic, and it was passed lunch, i was starting to get anxious. Not only did we have offers to partake of the lunch upstairs, but they did what they could to move it along. When we actually went in to pick up the car, everything was all ready. Even though another dealership tried to do their best to ruin our morning that morning by not taking their lease back, West End did everything they could to make the day as easy as possible. Its not often you get to laugh with staff from a car dealership, but we did...whether during the info gathering stage, the dreaded negoation, or the paperwork part...they actually made car buying kind of fun - imagine that?!? More

Although I did not actually buy a car at the time I had a very positive experience at the dealership. When I am ready to again start looking for my next vehicle West Ed Hyundai will be right at the top of my very positive experience at the dealership. When I am ready to again start looking for my next vehicle West Ed Hyundai will be right at the top of my list! I previously owned a 1985 Hyundai Pony that was an excellent. I currently own a competitor model but I have heard nothing but rave reviews on the Tuscon and that is likely what I will be looking at in the not to distant future. More
