I appreciated the no hassle approach, the willingness to provide information, the efficiency of the dealership, how the dealership was prepared to deal with families (amusement for the children), the way st provide information, the efficiency of the dealership, how the dealership was prepared to deal with families (amusement for the children), the way staff listened and remembered things we identified as important, and how quickly we were able to get the information and pricing we wanted to get. Then Vance the finance manager helped us thru what we could afford.. was told about this dealer from friend who bought here,,now i see why. I was told about a 30 day exchange if not happy that wasnt put in writing though,kinda worrys me in case car has issues? More
