As someone who was in the market for a new car after 13-years of driving my old one (which I was reluctant to let go), I was expecting to walk into th As someone who was in the market for a new car after 13-years of driving my old one (which I was reluctant to let go), I was expecting to walk into the dealership and deal with the stereotypical "car sales" environment (i.e. high pressure, persistent follow-up sales calls, haggling over the 'best' price)…but to my extremely wonderful surprise, that was definitely NOT the case at West Edmonton Hyundai. I was greeted with welcoming, friendly, bend-over-backwards to give you the information/help you needed without any pressure to buy. They are a staff that are confident in their product and most importantly confident in the added-value their level of friendly service provides. I can say that it was the staff and their superior customer service that sealed the deal for me. They were very patient when it took me about 4 visits to make up my mind and Ali, in particular, went above and beyond to answer any and all of my questions by phone/email in between time. My previous car was not a Hyundai and I had pretty much made up my mind that I was going to buy the exact same one again without looking at any others…but…the lack of customer service/integrity at the other dealership led me to visit West Edmonton Hyundai, and I am glad it did! I have heard nothing but positive feedback from other Hyundai owners and now I am a happy-Elantra owner myself! They have a great, friendly shuttle driver, James, as well, and he is always patient, likes to talk and will accommodate your pick up/drop off no matter what!! Today, I just discovered the best part of the service, they now have 2 massage chairs in the waiting area, so I didn't even have to leave during car service to get out of the boring, restless wait!!!!!
