Gold! Great job team! Our family went in looking for an upgrade for our old Honda. Left with 2 new SUV's. The service from when we walked in to when we drove away was amazing! Having dealt with the dealership for the past 3 years was our incentive to go in and look around. From Spencer meeting us with at the front door with patience to Ocean dealing with our "needs" and Ray colouring with our kids and getting to know us the experience was awesome. Almost looking forward new vehicles agin from this superb team! More

Frustrated I regret that I ever bought a car from West Edmonton Hyundai. While their service department is okay sometimes, their dealers do not stop calling you I regret that I ever bought a car from West Edmonton Hyundai. While their service department is okay sometimes, their dealers do not stop calling you to see if you want to sell your car or if you want to buy a new one. They do not take NO for an answer. Before and after my oil changes, they are constantly calling me. If I do not pick up they keep calling, and sometimes call 5 times in a row. I will not name any names, but it is always the same person. When will it stop. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM More

Overall Not a Great Experience Brought my 2016 Santa Fe in for regular Service this morning and to investigate an issue with static in my Bluetooth that has been been ongoing since Brought my 2016 Santa Fe in for regular Service this morning and to investigate an issue with static in my Bluetooth that has been been ongoing since I purchased the vehicle. I was informed that if they can't find a warrant-able issue with the Bluetooth that I will be responsible for paying a $75-100 diagnostic fee. I also previously referred a friend to the dealership who ended up purchasing a car. He told them when he arrived that I had referred him then reminded them after the sale that I should get a referral bonus. However, since the sale was already made, the salesperson didn't want to honour the referral and ended up only offering half of the bonus. Pretty shady business. More

Dishonest service The only reason I'm writing this review so late is cause I told Hyundai Canada about all this and never got a response from them so I'll tell my story The only reason I'm writing this review so late is cause I told Hyundai Canada about all this and never got a response from them so I'll tell my story here so no one else gest screwed outta thousands of dollars lime me. Bought a used car there about a year ago had it for a week then had to bring it back in cause the windshield rear window were never sealed correctly and would leak took 2 weeks to get it back then had to bring it in a few more days later cause the air-conditioning stopped working said they fixed it had to bring it back again to get it fixed again. About 2 weeks later the vehicle broke down completely tons of sensors going off and transmission just failed and car would no longer start keep in mind this car had less than 50,000k on it. So I brought the vehicle back in and said get me outta this thing I travel for work and can't afford to worry about it of course they were happy get me into a new vehicle and have me take the loss on the old one. Win win for them right. Settled on a 2015 sonata hybrid limited they didn't have it in stock and had to get it from another dealership in red deer I was about to leave town for work he told me the finance was all in place and was just working on getting the car here so I told him I will be home in 11 days can the care be ready by then he assured me it would be called him a week before coming home said yup vehicle be ready for pick up when you get home . 2 days before coming home said yup it will be ready. I got home sure enough it wasn't ready he told me it was just loaded onto a truck in red deer but because of the long weekend it wouldn't be here for another week I hung up on him called the manager and found out that was all a lie it wasn't on the truck finally I convinced one of them to pick it up from red deer the next day. As for the service department I called cause I had questions about my car was told someone would call me back and they never did called again said someone would call me back never did. Took it in once cause the USB connection wasn't working was just told it's a common problem most of them don't work tried to sell me a 60 dollar Hyundai approved I phone cable. Also didn't realize my sonata doesn't come with a spare tire until I got a flat. All in all from the dealership to the service department would not recommend. More
