Great customer service Bought a brand new Santa Fe XL and chose a color that needed to be ordered from the factory or another dealership. I was promised to receive my car at a certain date but the factory needed more time so West Edmonton Hyundai offered to loan me a Santa Fe for free until my unit arrived. They make sure customer doesn't leave feeling disappointed. Excellent customer service. More

Great Buying Experience My husband and I came in looking for a new SUV to accommodate our growing family. After months of shopping around we found that Hyundai offered all th My husband and I came in looking for a new SUV to accommodate our growing family. After months of shopping around we found that Hyundai offered all the features we were looking for at a fair price. Alex was great, I came in fully researched and bombarded her with detailed questions. Although Alex was very new she was friendly, helpful, and willing to dig up any answers I needed. The whole team was helpful without being pushy which was a breath of fresh air after months of car shopping. We had some technical difficulties with the remote started installation when we came to pick up the vehicle and the sales team made sure we were fully taken care of while the service department dealt with the mater. They made sure we were walking away with a smile on our face in spite of the technical hiccup. I have been driving our new 2017 Santa Fe XL for a few months now and could not be happier. I would definitely come back! More

I though Alan was great he was friendly and approachable!
