Who knew this could be done! My husband and I attended the car show in Edmonton where we looked at a lot of cars and we talked to alot of dealers. We went home knowing we wanted to test drive 3 of the cars we looked at. We test drove the 2017 CRV Touring and loved it! The problem was that the sales guy was a nice guy and very friendly but just didn't seem to listen to us. When we walked into the Hyundai dealership we ran into Josh, he not only remembered us from the car show but remembered exactly what we were looking at and why! We decided to try a Tucson. We liked it a lot but we just couldn't get overhow much we loved that Honda CRV. We sent a nice letter to the sales manager letting him know how much we liked Josh and were sorry we couldn't buy a vehicle from him. Next thing we know Josh calls us and says he can sell us the Honda CRV we were wanting! Josh and Ray worked hard to obtain exactly what we wanted. This level of service was beyond what we could have even hoped for. Now we have exactly the car we wanted from the sales guy we wanted to buy from :). More

Smooth, low-pressure sale I bought my previous Hyundai from West Edmonton Hyundai and though my original sales associate left, he was able to refer me to Alan Sugimiya. There was no pressured sales tactics at all, and he made sure he answered all my questions in detail. In fact, all the staff at this dealership are extremely friendly. Their service department is second to none! I really appreciated Alan's early questions about what I was focused on, because I've had bad experiences with sales people assuming they know how I use my car. In reality, I'm a basic "get from a-z" kind of driver, who doesn't baby her car. Knowing that, Alan didn't try too hard on up-selling me on anything. Overall, it was a smooth transaction! Financing was easy and everything was signed and over within a few hours. Picked up the car a couple of days later in perfect condition! Couldn't ask for anything more! I'll definitely be sending people their way! More

Purchasing a Santa Fe Sport As owners of a 2010 Santa Fe we planned to replace it with a Subaru Forester, but faced with a lack lustre response at a local dealership, we thought As owners of a 2010 Santa Fe we planned to replace it with a Subaru Forester, but faced with a lack lustre response at a local dealership, we thought we just as well go back to Hyundai as we had been very satisfied with our Santa Fe. We test drove, the Tucson, were impressed with it, but we wanted a roomier interior. We were taken on a test drive with the Santa Fe Sport and were sold on the quiet, comfortable ride and the safety and convenience features, significant changes from our "old" Santa Fe. The initial price was hefty, and it was interesting how during the negotiations we were "guided" to achieving a way to afford it. No pressure, the personable salesman offered various suggestions and waited while we talked ourselves into it! Time will tell if we made the right decision! More
