Purchasing a Santa Fe Sport As owners of a 2010 Santa Fe we planned to replace it with a Subaru Forester, but faced with a lack lustre response at a local dealership, we thought As owners of a 2010 Santa Fe we planned to replace it with a Subaru Forester, but faced with a lack lustre response at a local dealership, we thought we just as well go back to Hyundai as we had been very satisfied with our Santa Fe. We test drove, the Tucson, were impressed with it, but we wanted a roomier interior. We were taken on a test drive with the Santa Fe Sport and were sold on the quiet, comfortable ride and the safety and convenience features, significant changes from our "old" Santa Fe. The initial price was hefty, and it was interesting how during the negotiations we were "guided" to achieving a way to afford it. No pressure, the personable salesman offered various suggestions and waited while we talked ourselves into it! Time will tell if we made the right decision! More

Replace a fuse I have a 2015 Santa Fe had to have it towed from Edson as I could not shift out of park also had no dash so wouldn't know my speed or how much gas I I have a 2015 Santa Fe had to have it towed from Edson as I could not shift out of park also had no dash so wouldn't know my speed or how much gas I had. Had it towed to Westend Hyundai. Returned home. Went to pick it up and the charged me $150.00. Was told the remote started was causing the issue. It was disconnected and a $5.00 fuse put in. Remote starter reconnected and all was good. That was in July/2016. Now April /2017. Same thing happens. But I think to myself ummm it must be the same fuse. Look on the invoice from Westend H. and there's the fuse number look on the panel there's where it goes. Get a friend...get a fuse. ..he puts it in and everything is running fine. My concern I cannot be the only Hyundai owner this has happened to and my Santa Fe cannot be the only vehicle that they have serviced with this problem. Why would they need to charge me $140.00 some dollars for labour to unplug a blown fuse and plug in a new fuse. I am so disappointed in them. They are close to home for me to have my services done but I will go to one across the city. They were so friendly and seemed helpful but I feel like a dumb old woman now. More
