Quite happy I purchased my Mazda 3 Sport a couple of years ago. At first I was not very happy as I had some issues with the software for my phone and music and I purchased my Mazda 3 Sport a couple of years ago. At first I was not very happy as I had some issues with the software for my phone and music and camera. I thought to my self "this is ridiculous, brand new car and it doesn't work right". I would call the service desk and they would say, hello bring in the car and I would. I kept calling them and it got to the point where it was, "Hi David, what's up" and I thought, "great now the service desk staff know me by my first name". As time went on my frustration increased and the visits to the dealer increased as well. After a while it dawned on me that the Mazda family were not telling me to go away and not bother them, they were saying get in here and lets deal with the issue. That was a good thing. They worked feverishly at trying to figure out what the problem was. They changed the components and were determined to figure out the problem. They were at times more upset than I was. Of course they paid for the coffee and had a loaner vehicle available. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the other perks like an iPod, some credit put on my Mazda card and lots of positive affirmations. At the end of all this they figured out the problem, took care of it and I have not had any negative issues since. The car runs like a dream and I spend a lot if time in it. Thanks Mazda More

I always feel that they re Jose and the rest of the Service Department at West Coat Mazda go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. I always feel that they really care about me and my car, which I bought from Mazda in 1999. In addition to the necessary maintenance and servicing for my car, which are always explained beforehand, I have received door to door service: multiple shuttles back and forth from my home or elsewhere to the dealership, and have had my car delivered personally to my home. I highly recommend West Coast Mazda. More

16,00km service I had my vehicle serviced with oil change and warranty recall. Vehicle was completed in timely manner. When I dropped the vehicle off, the yellow "wrench" warning light was on indicating time for a service. When I got the vehicle back, service department has not taken the time to reset the light. Also hadn't changed the sticker in the window to reflect the next service date. Car was cleaned and vacuumed in the front and back seat areas but had not vacuumed the hatch area., More
