Disappointed When I bought my vehicle new CX5 in 2014 I was told by service manager that I would get 10% discount on all parts and labor as an incentive to keep m When I bought my vehicle new CX5 in 2014 I was told by service manager that I would get 10% discount on all parts and labor as an incentive to keep me coming to West Coast Mazda (which is out of the way for me) rather than go to Mazda dealer in Port Moody which is five minutes away. I was just told by Jose that there is new service management and I don't get the 10% discount except on large service bills. What garbage is this? Once I use up my loyalty card money I will be going to Port Moody. Sorry West Coast. You did it. More

I picked West Coast Mazda and Aliahs, end up I had a wonderful experience and a new Mazda 3, even though I found a little rust inside foldable back seat button, but well, it is only a very small thing and I am happy with my new car. Thanks a lot, keep up your good work!!! More
Excellent vehicle servicing My engine had begun sputtering for no apparent reason after driving for a few minutes, so I had called Mazda in hopes of a servicing ASAP. The parts & My engine had begun sputtering for no apparent reason after driving for a few minutes, so I had called Mazda in hopes of a servicing ASAP. The parts & services department had originally said the earliest they could diagnose and service my Mazda Protege 2001 was 3 days from the time I called. After I explained the situation of needing my car immediately for upcoming midterms (had one within an hour of the engine issues), they had bumped up the drop-off time to 2:30 that afternoon (6 hours from time I called). Issue was ignition coil failure and the time for replacement was just under 2 hours after dropoff. Very quick servicing! More
