Both times we got the car we wanted with the features we wanted and at a great price. Elias helped us out both times and did a great job. Elias went through all of the features in both cars we purchased and helped us sync our phones before we left. The service staff are great and the shuttle service is very convenient. I am very impressed with the service packages that came with our cars and we will keep coming back. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are buying a new Kia. I have only had positive experiences with the West Coast Auto Group and was referred here from West Coast Toyota. More

Good start...typical finish Had to update my review after I finished my dealings with this dealership. Unfortunately, it appears I was "sales" again by a dealership. Great effort to get you to buy a car, but once you leave the lot, cracks in their post sales service appeared right away. I had to return to the dealership to receive the outstanding parts to my newly purchased vehicle (they didn't have them in stock when I purchased the car), and this was a 40km+ trip. Unfortunately, despite assuring me they would compensate me for having to come all the way out there again for the piece, they did not, and I was told I would have to install the part myself. In the end, the sales person did help me install the part at least. I also wanted to buy a mat for the car after that, and when I asked them for the price (their best, of course, considering I would have to drive out again), they quoted me a price and implied it was their discounted price for me. However, double checking with the local KIA dealer to me, they quoted me the "discounted" price as the regular price of the item...without even asking for a deal. Anyway, not the worst car shopping experience in the world, but I will simply be going to the local dealer now for any service issues. More
