No silliness going back and forth to "manager", just an adult discussion to conclude a purchase. I would recommend Tyler as someone you would like to deal with. No secure deposit were necessary I'd been to other dealerships where I had to do a secure deposit in order for them to do the credit application and even after paying $1000 I was reje I'd been to other dealerships where I had to do a secure deposit in order for them to do the credit application and even after paying $1000 I was rejected. So went to West Coast Kia website, made an online application and got approved very fast with a tax that no one else could get. We knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay, and from the first moment of walking into the dealership we were greeted with a friendly and welcoming tone from Troy, and we were given the no nonsense straight up approach that we hadn't received elsewhere. We were given their best offer from the sales manager that beat the other offers we had recieved from hours of haggling and research online. We honestly didn't expect to buy a vehicle the day we went in to explore West Coast Kia, but we are very happy we did. We were not pressured to buy at any time, and we felt like valued clients that West Coast Kia truly wanted to help.
