After reviewing your situation, we understand how frustrating it must have been to discover that conventional oil was used instead of full synthetic. Synthetic oil typically does carry an additional charge outside of specific service plans, we understand your point that this should have been verified beforehand. Your feedback highlights a gap in our process that we are actively reviewing with our Service team to prevent similar situations in the future.
