Peter was great. He was friendly, knew the product and reacted quickly to our question & concerns. I note the "Price" as good - from a buyers perspective its never great - but as close to great as is possible for this beautiful vehicle. I bought a 1995 Dodge Caravan from Wendells years ago and had it serviced there where i had 5 wonderful years with that Van. After some dealings with Mark I bought another Dodge Caravan and have had it servi had it serviced there where i had 5 wonderful years with that Van. After some dealings with Mark I bought another Dodge Caravan and have had it serviced there ever since. Mark did a few extra details that i greatly appreciated. He showed me on how to work the new technologies and was even there when I drove off for the first time. Karen and Jeannine in service are fantastic. They both have great warm personalities that have my best interest in mind. I had a problem with an interior panel and Jeannine took the bull by the horns and placed it exactly where it still is today. Karen has a great smile and always asks what can She do to help me while getting it serviced. a friend of mine asked me who i deal with for servicing my Carava. I went on and on about how Wendell's handled different situations over the past 10 years. He did alot of research, met with Mark and bought a new Chrokee from him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a self employed sales rep that just resigned from a manufacturer of furniture that did not have their clients best interest in mind. I wish others would take on the same business mandate that Wendell's has !!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 More

When I went to pay, Jeanine was friendly, and I mentioned we had a mark on our bumper probably from a parking lot and she encouraged me to stop at the Autobody on the way out. Mike at the body shop came out and looked at it right away, took the car around to the shop and had one of the fellows buff out the scratch except for a tiny line and then (almost like painting nails) fixed the small line and sent me home with a smile. On the way home, I was thinking, Wendell's would be a great place to work. They have accomplished a wonderful thing, not just that they took care of me, but the atmosphere everywhere is one of competence and mutual respect. It really was a pleasure. Wendell Motors is the only car dealership from whom I have purchased new vehicles since 1964. Two of our children also deal there. Surely this speaks to our satisfavtion with the sales people.
