I phoned Wendell's service department on Wed Jan 30 to make an appointment for a long overdue oil change. Karen Dillon was great and made arrangements for me to bring in my Jeep the following day Jan 31 make an appointment for a long overdue oil change. Karen Dillon was great and made arrangements for me to bring in my Jeep the following day Jan 31 at 9:30 am. Due to the weather I arrived about 5 minutes late, was greated warmly by Karen, and Jeannine Edwards. I was told service was a little behind but they would get the car in asap, would be ready in 45 to 60 min. Thought I'd look at the new Jeeps in the showroom and had the pleasure to run in to Lee Douglas and spent some time discussion experienced and new vehicles. Car was ready to go in just about 50 minutes and I was on my way. The service and attitude of the staff is what brings my back again and again. Thanks for the great service. More
