I would LOVE to take this opportunity to boast about the service department at Wendle Motors - Kitchener. I realize that sharing my experience doesn't involve talking about my car.... But I will. I bought service department at Wendle Motors - Kitchener. I realize that sharing my experience doesn't involve talking about my car.... But I will. I bought a new 2008 hard top convertible and truthfuly, I was not happy with the car. I do know that the car came with features that were new to the brand. But I was not satisfied with my car, to put it politely. But I still bring my car into the dealership for service or any repairs that I may need to get done. WHY? Because of their OUTSTANDING service!! Every time I have been to the service area, everyone is friendly, very helpful, organized, and just pleasent to talk to. The service team(Karen and Jeannine) go out of their way to make costumers happy and fit them in to the work schedual. AND because of them being such wonderful people, they have even gotten me a warranty on a broken defroster back windshield that wasn't covered by warranty... Just because the GO glass place that did the work the first time feel the same way about the service department as I do. So them being great, got me a deal! How awesome is that? Althought the work that needed to be done to the defroster was another faulty part in the car, warranty wouldn't have covered it. One main thing that impressed me was how Mike handled a VERY RUDE customer. I was in service this one time and a customer was complaining as if his car was damaged while under Wendles care. Mike very patiently and politly let the customer scream and make noise until he could finally explain that the scratch had dust and dirt over it, so it must have been there before. It doens't sound like much on here, but you would have had to had been there to understand. I was impressed. Easily to say, I am very pleased with the service at Wendle Motors in Kitchener. If a company can sell me something that I'm not fully happy with and I still come back? It's Only because of the service there. I know other places may be a little cheaper.... But I wouldn't go anywhere else. :D Thank you Karen and Jeannine More

I was provided with a service appointment promptly when I called. My vehicle was taken in on time and details of what was to be done was clearly explained prior to taking the vehicle into the service bay. The visit was completed in the time estimated and details of what was done and still needed to be done further explained. Jeannine was great. She was able to provide the reasons for what happened and what to do about it. Smiling the whole time! Coffee was offered in the lounge where I was able to do a few things on-line with the computer on sight. I didn't expect that. Very cool touch, Wendell's! I have purchased 3 vehicles from Wendell's in the last few years and have been treated consistently with nothing but high quality service and aftercare. They really do make me feel like more of a friend than a customer. I'd rather deal with my friends, anytime! More
Derek was friendly, informative and very patient. He listened to us and to what we wanted and he did his utmost to fill our wishes. He explained all aspects of the purchase and walked us through it all. My wife and I felt very comfotable working with Derek and look forward to enjoying our 2011 Grand Caravan. We felt like a member of the Wendell family, as everyone that passed us and everyone we dealt with for this purchase, were super friendly and interested in making sure we were being taking care of. Our car was in for general service. Existing programs for vehicle maintenance were highlighted and reviewed to provide us with the best possible price. Any issues found (brakes, security lugs, alignment for vehicle maintenance were highlighted and reviewed to provide us with the best possible price. Any issues found (brakes, security lugs, alignment) were reported promptly and options provided based on severity of problem and the immediacy of repair need. The cost of repairs was lower than expected, Jeannine and Karen are very informative, kept in contact and remembered my name despite having not seen me in several months. These two are amazing. Your team of Mike, Jeannine, and Karen, make taking a van in for servicing a pleasure. They are informative, and very knowledgeable of what work and cost estimate might be on all work. The are not all about in for servicing a pleasure. They are informative, and very knowledgeable of what work and cost estimate might be on all work. The are not all about service as well, they know you as a neigbour. IN my case Jeannine has asked me about my donating a kidney to my wife, Karen has asked about my recent holiday in Florida, Mike on how my van is doing with 300,000 kms on it and we talk about his vehicles that have 400,000+ kms on theirs. It's friendship as you drive in thru those 2 work doors as well. Karen was overheard talking to another female customer who was trying to describe her car problem. "it sounded like thump, thump, whirr..thump. Karen without hesitation did not say what the problem was but she wrote the noise descrition on the work order explaining to the customer that now the mechanics can listen for the problem and when it happens ( idle, reverse, drive, fast or slow ) The customer was surprised that she would do that Karens answer was "We want to fix it and give your car back the way you bought it " Another happy customer More

Jeanine was also very friendly as always, and met with Wes (my best car salesman ever), and even Mr Hendry came by - snow shovel in hand to say hi. Mulitple offers for rides and to make sure I was comfortable. The Dealership, Service Area and washrooms were all spotless, and very comfortable for doing some work while I waited for the service to be done. Timing was just under what was approximated, and considered very reasonable. Check out explanation was detailed enough, friendly and courteous. A very good experience overall. More
