Took the car in because the front passenger window wouldn't close. After diagnosing the problem seemed to be the motor and regulator in the door had failed. Parts were ordered for the following day and shuttle was sent to pick me up promptly. Returned car the following morning and parts were installed, yet window would still no close. The techs chased the wiring through to the drivers door and for break in the line. Repaired break and replaced original parts and only charged me for labour. Cut the cost in half. Much appreciated. Something to consider: I bought GM vehicles for years and when my car was serviced the exterior was always washed when I came back to pick it up.
