Took the car in because the front passenger window wouldn't close. After diagnosing the problem seemed to be the motor and regulator in the door had failed. Parts were ordered for the following day an wouldn't close. After diagnosing the problem seemed to be the motor and regulator in the door had failed. Parts were ordered for the following day and shuttle was sent to pick me up promptly. Returned car the following morning and parts were installed, yet window would still no close. The techs chased the wiring through to the drivers door and for break in the line. Repaired break and replaced original parts and only charged me for labour. Cut the cost in half. Much appreciated. Jeannine was very professional and carefully explained everything so there was confusion about what was going to be done and what was done when I picked up my vehicle. Donna was wonderfully chatty and everything so there was confusion about what was going to be done and what was done when I picked up my vehicle. Donna was wonderfully chatty and made the shuttle ride back and forth very enjoyable. Something to consider: I bought GM vehicles for years and when my car was serviced the exterior was always washed when I came back to pick it up. I've been purchasing and having my cars serviced at Wendell's for many years. The prices have always been fair but what keeps me coming back is the level of service practiced throughout the company. When I've purchased vehicles I've always felt that my business was important to everyone involved in the process. When I've dealt with the body shop the work has been excellent and the turnaround quite quick. The service team do a great job of making you feel like you are "part of the family". Karen and Jeannine always greet you with a smile and seem to genuinely like their customers. The drivers get you where you need to go in no time if you need a ride and the quality of the service work is second to none. Thank you Craig and the whole team. More
Derek was very helpful and worked with the constraints we had and got us a price that worked for us. He was very enthusiastic and friendly and answered all of our questions. Despite knowing we were unhappy with this the dealership made no offer to correct their mistake. More

I rated my overall experience a four because where I was sitting and waiting (oil change) there was no quality magazines for men. My phone died and had nothing interesting to read. I had herd about Carlo from a friend and when i met him i was not disappointed with his honest approach. It was the first car i ever purchased and carlo was a great help. I went in with one car in mind and c was not disappointed with his honest approach. It was the first car i ever purchased and carlo was a great help. I went in with one car in mind and carlo introduced me to an even better car (went in wanting the 2013 dart walked out with the 2013 avenger). Carlo was great with helping stick to my budget and making it feel comfortable with the purchasing process. I would defiantly recommend carlo and dealership to all my friends and family members.
