Mike was the best Sale Person I have worked with in a long time. We came into the dealership "just looking" trying to get an idea of what we wanted. Mike asked us some key questions and was right away able to show us a couple of vehicles that were within in our budget and had the features we wanted. By the time we left we had a vehicle on hold! When we returned 2 days later to purchase the vehicle we had to bring our almost 2 year old son with us. We were 3 hours with Mike test driving again, looking at one last option, and finally purchasing the vehicle we had on hold. Mike and Shawn were both so patient and accommodating with the fact our son was with us. Shawn even pulled out a container of crayons for him! Shawn was great at explaining the financing and our options. Overall we are very happy with the 2010 Journey we decided on, and we will be returning and recommending Wellington Motors, and Mike to anyone we know who is in the market for a new/used vehicle. Our most recent purchase was a 2011 Jeep Compass & we bought it & took delivery in 1.5 days - start of looking to driving it off the lot. Dom is a salesman that does not come across as such. He does not get my back up and has yet to apply pressure in a sales scenario. We have bought from Dom on multiple occasions and would only go elsewhere if Wellington could not get us what we needed. Dom Pike is well versed, he knows all one should know about the vehicles he sells without getting too familiar with the family bus and he is not afraid to show the good with the bad. Buying from Dom Pike is an honest and educational consumer experience. I would recommend anyone to meet with him even if only in the gathering information stage. It feels good to do business with Dom Pike and Wellington Motors. He actually works for the client and finds you the car you desire. As for trading in vehicles, again a positive experience.
