At time of changing from summer to winter tires it was discovered that tires and rims from previous vehicle did not fit. This was a surprise and I mentioned it varied from information provided when makin discovered that tires and rims from previous vehicle did not fit. This was a surprise and I mentioned it varied from information provided when making the vehicle trade last spring. Dean priced a new set of rims and tires. Later he advised me that the parts department would provide a trade allowance for the previous set of rims and tires and include the pressure sensors. This made me very happy. I would not have to try sell the previous rims and tires. Also very happy with the pricing after the above mentioned allowances were made. Dean and dealership provided Excellent Service. More
