My wife and I purchased a Fiat 500 from Prinder Binning and would recommend him as an excellent sales consultant to our friends and family. We had no previous experience with Wellington Motors before meet and would recommend him as an excellent sales consultant to our friends and family. We had no previous experience with Wellington Motors before meeting Prinder. We called to request a test drive and it was Prinder who answered the phone. We arranged for a test drive later that afternoon and when we arrived Prinder was waiting for us and had a demo model ready to go. We didn't make our decision that day and came back a few days later for another drive. Prinder was always patient with us and at no time did we feel he wanted anything but for us to make the right decision for us. We were very happy with the price we paid for our car and the entire purchase experience. With Prinder, we felt like we were dealing with a friend. We found Ray very help full in answering all our questions and not pressuring us as some sales folks are inclined to do. We did our usual haggling with Ray and in conclusion both parties ended the sales contract with a smile. When all was said and done we would be more than pleased to deal with Ray again in the purchase of any vehicles in the future. We are now the proud owners of a 2012 Town and Country and love driving it, we can't wait to drive it South on I-75 to Florida in January. Honestly, I am not 100% happy. I came to the dealership with a list of the vehicle I wanted and with the options I wanted. I did received the car I wanted but it didn't include one of my options (Uconnect with a list of the vehicle I wanted and with the options I wanted. Mike was the best Sale Person I have worked with in a long time. We came into the dealership "just looking" trying to get an idea of what we wanted. Mike asked us some key questions and was right away able to show us a couple of vehicles that were within in our budget and had the features we wanted. By the time we left we had a vehicle on hold! When we returned 2 days later to purchase the vehicle we had to bring our almost 2 year old son with us. We were 3 hours with Mike test driving again, looking at one last option, and finally purchasing the vehicle we had on hold. Mike and Shawn were both so patient and accommodating with the fact our son was with us. Shawn even pulled out a container of crayons for him! Shawn was great at explaining the financing and our options. Overall we are very happy with the 2010 Journey we decided on, and we will be returning and recommending Wellington Motors, and Mike to anyone we know who is in the market for a new/used vehicle.
