Allison, I am sorry to here that you have had "nothing but problems" with your new truck and apologize in that you feel we are not concerned with the issue on your Truck. A review of your service history indicates you were in once prior to today with a check engine light on, no drive-ability issues were noted. A diagnostic was performed, a sensor ordered and an appointment set for today to have it installed. As I understand it within the last 24 hours you experienced a throttle light on and a lack of power which we added to your work order to investigate today when the vehicle is in for the sensor install. Today, our Service Manager was simply trying to communicate that we have had 3 units come in with the same description in the last 48 hours, 2 of which are demos our staff are driving & we are working on determining the cause. This issue seems to be related to the -25 degree [with wind chill] temperatures we have experienced in the last few days, condensation in the charge air cooler freezing up a air temp sensor affecting turbo boost. The two demos we had the issue with did not have the winter front cover on nor the block heater used. Owners manual pg 232 covers the recommendations and requirements re winter cover and block heater usage. We see your winter cover was on, not sure about block heater usage. Rest assured we are working on getting to the bottom of this issue.
