I trust the quality in care and attention as well as the costs. Les Fodor has seemingly always been the guy I see in service over the years and has always done right be me, appreciate his level of work he does. My second last visit, was for a recall regarding the catalytic converter, and I appreciated how the dealership handled their side of process. Mike Peddle had my car in and out for me on this visit, as I had mentioned to him the need to have my vehicle back asap in regards to important matters that arose, and Mike did what he could to get my vehicle back in my hands as quickly as possible. - Still very much appreciate the extra steps you did that day to get back to me so fast, thank you Mike. As for my most recent visit, my vehicle needed some tlc after driving Winnipeg’s giant pothole streets and it went to Carl Lundgren. After checking the vehicle out, I went ahead with Carl’s advice on what would get the vehicle in good shape for summer. Now it’s driving like the first week I got it again. Best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. After having gone to 4 dealerships before Waverly Dodge, my wife and I drove across the city on a recommendation from her parents. They had bought there Journey from Mr. Alan Archer and were very happy with him and there vehicle. When we walked in the door, we looked around for about 15 mins trying to figure out what our needs were. Then we were greeted and we asked for Alan by name. When we met Alan he was very nice and helped us find the vehicle that was perfect for us. We went in with a budget and told him exactly what it was and what we wanted. We also told him that it was firm and that we didn't want to find a vehicle and then end up in the second room were the price goes up. Alan was straight with us throughout the whole process and between him and his co-worker that deals with finance worked hard to get us what we wanted and for the price we wanted. I truly feel he was honest, helpful and had our best intentions at heart. The whole experience was great as he was funny and made my wife feel that she was as involved in the process as I was. We also made a last minute addition to our purchase of a car starter which initially we were told couldn't be installed for a week. When we went to pick up our vehicle on delivery day he had managed to get it installed for us. If your looking for a guy to be your car guy at a dealership Alan is him.
