Long wait for small fix My appointment was 0900 and it was to change ,replace one mud flap . I check at 1020am on the progress and was informed it should go in shortly . . The labour price was good, five dollars cheaper than the estimate . Not a speedy service for what have been and was a 10 minute job. I don’t blame Mike but the over all lack of organization in servicing such a small job considering the appointment time. More

I was lead to believe a deal could be done... Day two, after mulling the large purchase that is a new vehicle, I returned to the dealership... suddenly my vehicle was worth next to nothing and the vehicle I was trying to buy was truly amazing... what bothers me most is I feel as though I was lead down the garden path, the dealership (sales person) had me thinking I was in for a fair deal... in this case, no-way - it was flagrant attempt to screw me over! This my friends is just another greedy dealership... stay away! Really a deflating experience, never again! More
