I bought a new Ram 1500 at the dealership in Waverly, hoping it would be more reliable than my old car. But I was wrong. Additionally, the side mirrors needed to be connected to the heating system. The service team assured me it would take 15 minutes, but that turned out to be untrue. I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, only to be told that the electrician wasn’t available that day. The next day, they asked me to leave the car for the whole day, which I couldn’t do because of my work. Even a simple request to connect the mirrors was denied. I lost 3 hours of my time and missed the opportunity to earn money. Now, I don’t want to visit this service center even for an oil change. It’s very frustrating when a new car causes so many issues. I don’t recommend Ram – you risk losing a lot of time and nerves due to service problems. More
