I bought a 2019 dodge ram 1500 and a month later started getting a ticking nose. I got them to look at the vehicle and they were done looking at it within an hour and just said it was a noise dampener. They getting a ticking nose. I said is it important and they said its not a big deal. They basically ignored the code they read on the sensor and it was related to camshafts and lifters. The truck died after it was off warranty and now they say its not covered even though they didnt properly diagnose the issue. 10,000 to fix the vehicle now. Stay far away from them and never deal with dodge. More

I bought a new Ram 1500 at the dealership in Waverly, hoping it would be more reliable than my old car. But I was wrong. The car was good until it reached 8,000 kilometers, and then problems with the electronics started: the parking sensors began to malfunction, and sometimes, after remote starting, it was impossible to fully turn the ignition key. Additionally, the side mirrors needed to be connected to the heating system. The service team assured me it would take 15 minutes, but that turned out to be untrue. I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, only to be told that the electrician wasn’t available that day. The next day, they asked me to leave the car for the whole day, which I couldn’t do because of my work. Even a simple request to connect the mirrors was denied. I lost 3 hours of my time and missed the opportunity to earn money. Now, I don’t want to visit this service center even for an oil change. It’s very frustrating when a new car causes so many issues. I don’t recommend Ram – you risk losing a lot of time and nerves due to service problems. More

You don't know even know what kind of cars they made. Not happy with the level of sexism he showed and not worth my time buying from that kind of place.
