Do not go here!!!!! Crooks! First thing that i should tell you! Don't bring your vehicle here for servicing or anything else for that matter! These guys i tell you, even Crooks! These guys i tell you, even the owner acting as if i was the least of there concern after i had brought 2 of my vehicles in there for servicing. Firstly the advisor Marcus hes trouble. Had vehicle worked on more then 1000.00 had to pay. Tell him need to look it over after they serviced it, and he tells me to take it somewhere else when i specifically brought it to them to service and inspect and they fixed a part in vehicle that cost over 1000.00 then says were not doing anything else or reinspecting our work unless your willing to put out more money!!! These people are greedy, very shisty and would swindle you out of money in a heartbeat! They then take my vehicle to there shop after i specifically said to leave it after this whole thing happened to my other vehicle and totally dismantle everything when i asked them not too , Only things that was suppose to be worked on was bumper, head light and hood. No, instead they screw up my car!!! Treat me with complete direspect and there way of dealing with you so unprofessional. Making you wait hours before anyone will even look at the issue, throwing you for a loop and just acting as if they can ignore the problem and it will go away. They were pissed that i asked them to reinspect my other vehicle and requested they not touch other vehicle i brought there .The vechicle i asked them not to touch was in excellent driving condition! Now, not even drivable. Thanks to them! So now i take it to other shop to see whats wrong with it and have to fix there mistakes for 700.00 like are they ever the worst people ever!!! Marcus the collision dept, leah and the body shop manager all a bunch of shisty dishonest people even the owner acting like its no big deal when i explain this all!!! Acting like oh well this is what i was told, what a joke of a dealership "Do not go here!" They will swindle you out of your hard earned money and take no blame for there actions! Worst crooks out there!! They should be brought out into the open for all public to be careful of!!! Take your vehicle somewhere else, im telling you this because they caused me alot of trouble!! No respect for general public at all!! Very upset this happened and no one else should have to be put through this kind of treatment! They all worked together to throw this out so they did not have to deal with it! There a bunch of crooks. More

Excellent experience! I was very wary of purchasing a new vehicle as my last purchase wasn't the best fit and I didn't think that I could trust my judgement again. Adam Marks was so helpful as I was bubbling with questions that I really needed answered. I must have called him at least half a dozen times over the purchase period. My first visit was very informative - I had gone in to look at an eco-diesel 1500 thinking that it was going to suit my needs just fine. I sat down with Adam and Jason and after they asked me about my vehicle requirements, uses etc. and had answered my questions about the RAM; it just wasn't meant to be. I started doing more research online and called Adam periodically when he suggested that I come down for a sale that they were having over the weekend. Jason and Adam were so patient with me and my skepticism! After a good hour, they let me take a Journey for a rip. It was what we had been looking for! After another good hour, we signed the papers and waited the weekend for the vehicle to be ready. Adam and Jason really made my purchase easy and informative. Cheryl Appleyard was very thorough with the financing and went through everything with me. Nobody was pushy or short with me (which is not always the case!) If you are ever looking for a new vehicle, look for Adam and Jason at Waverly Dodge - you will NOT be disappointed. These two know their vehicles and their jobs. More

Great Service - Thanks Les & Dason I just purchase a Dodge Ram 1500 privately and discovered just a few days before leaving on a camping trip I needed a trailer brake. I called other Do I just purchase a Dodge Ram 1500 privately and discovered just a few days before leaving on a camping trip I needed a trailer brake. I called other Dodge dealers and they were less than pleasant to deal with, but then I called Waverly Dodge. I spoke with the parts department and they put the part aside for me and transferred me to service. I spoke with Les who was fantastic to deal with, he told me I would have to leave my truck for the day because they were very busy, but he would get the trailer brake installed so our vacation plans wouldn't be interrupted. Since my truck was there for the day I transferred back to the parts department and they ordered a tonneau cover, which they had shipped in from Minneapolis so everything could be done at once. When I arrived the next day they got me in, checked the truck history and found a recall that they fixed as well.
