Ed helped me make the (right) decision between the two vehicles I came in to view. He listened what I liked about my existing vehicle and what I did not like to assist me in making the decision, We did side by side comparisons between the two vehicles and what I owned, and test drove the two options to see which vehicle fit me best. Ed explained all the options that came with the vehicle and how they worked before I made the purchase. With Halloween being a couple of weeks away we also took home great pumpkins to carve after we made the deal. When I retrieved the vehicle, again Ed took the time to explain all before I departed.
