Therefor we took nearly 1 hour driving to their showroom at appointed time, she just left us waiting for one and half hours since she is dealing with other clients... although she let us do the drive test by ourselves during this time...We have to drive another hour back with nothing at a very late time, and got a phone call on next day, no good deal offered!! Their manager was staying there at that time, not provide any coordination as well. What a waste of time! More

Anyone that's worked in customer service knows that sometimes things happen beyond your control, and that's OKAY. we're only HUMAN! my experience here was wonderful! Lots of bad reviews on the service center....but I had a wonderful experience. Bad reviews on the manager? I had a great experience and got my used car for a great price. My sales associate Stephany was genuine, and so patient with me. I would recommend Nissan, they're great cars, and I would recommend the Waterloo location! I had a wonderful experience and the staff were nothing but good to me. More

Windshield Repair I brought my Murano in for a windshield replacement. Cheaper than Speedy and other chains and was done quickly. I noticed there were dirty fingerpr I brought my Murano in for a windshield replacement. Cheaper than Speedy and other chains and was done quickly. I noticed there were dirty fingerprints on both sides of the fabric alongside the new windshield. Called and cleaned perfectly. Would go back for sure. More
Very bad experience I want to let you know about my very bad experience with your dealership, Waterloo Nissan. We put deposit on Leaf SL on the 12th of March this year I want to let you know about my very bad experience with your dealership, Waterloo Nissan. We put deposit on Leaf SL on the 12th of March this year at Waterloo Nissan. A salesperson calculated our car in trade as a $ 24000 ( 2015 Rogue SL AWD Platinium, 31000 km ) and we have accept this and he made approximately $ 500 monthly payment. We were happy and impatient to get our first EV. 8 days ago( Wednesday} we got a call from salesperson at 7 pm that they have one cancelation and we have to come there immediately if we want to take this car. We went at dealership and we were excited B U T .... A salesperson gave us Bill off Sale which include $ 4700 for lower value of our Rogue than earlier and $ 638 monthly payment. They estimated our Rogue as $ 18500 !!! This price is $ 6000-7000 lower than average market price and $ 5500 lower than they offered us earlier. We didn't accept that and 4 days latter we cancelled our order. My question is : WHY SHOULD ANYBODY BUY A NEW CAR FROM NISSAN IF WE WILL LOSE $ 4700 FOR 3 YEARS ? The dealership tried to take advantage of the big demand for the Leaf before ON election to earn extra money. It was very unfair to give us a fake estimated value to our Rogue just to increase orders for the Leaf. Unfortunately , we are left without wanted Leaf and we will wait to end of lease , will return car back to Nissan and we will never buy a car from Nissan again. More
Incompetence at its finest I wouldn't give them the one star but doesn't list other options.They did the first oil change on our 17 Versa. They didn't secure the drain plug. My hubby called me at the side of the road no oil or plug. We towed the car back there. They haven't checked for damage. The put oil and a plu back in a said it was fine. I've been trying to contact them to see about cleaning ou brand new driveway of the oil eating it. They pressure washed the oil off the car and took off his undercoat. No compensation. When he picked up his car there is still oil on his brake rotors. Greedy crooks. More

They are like Ins Companies that want your business but when it’s time for service... the bottom falls out!!! I would NEVER buy another Nissan product after dealing with this dealership More

It was like pulling teeth to get the gas topped off but overall I got a great truck that's never given me problems 6 years later nonetheless I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. More
