Service manager lies, and the Owner did not check his facts. Both these people seemed very busy covering for each other and the bad mechanic which serviced my car. No stars!! More

The car was sold with what is called an appearance guard and it turns out to be a solid scam. The service representative will lie point blank to your face. This is truly one of those cbc marketplace scams that everyone needs to be aware of and stay away!! Unfortunately this dealer will not change until it hits their pockets as bad as it hits yours. Stay away. More

The default position is "replace it all at maximum cost" without trying to systematically diagnose the problem in a logical fashion. It also seems as if we had a lot of premature repairs that magically seemed to be needed right after a prior repair. Terrible place. Nobody cares. Buy a Honda. Waterloo Honda is the other end of the spectrum. Great service and they do care. Honest with integrity unlike Waterloo Nissan. More

I will never buy a car rhere again. Rust protection company does not have an adress or phone number. Worst car experience in my life. More

We drive a 2015 Nissa Rogue SV FWD Buyer beware - STAY AWAY FROM THIS VEHICLE AND THIS DEALERSHIP. The vehicle is 1.5 years old... We have had the sunroof into the dealership twice beca Buyer beware - STAY AWAY FROM THIS VEHICLE AND THIS DEALERSHIP. The vehicle is 1.5 years old... We have had the sunroof into the dealership twice because it rattles - it is still not fixed - The passenger side window does not work properly. The battery is apparently corroded already. The vehicle would not turn over so we had it towed to the dealership. The Fuel Injector is clogged which is apparently not covered under warranty.... They charged us a $100.00 diagnostic fee, which is ridiculous. Not to mention that when we bought the car they said they would pay for the installation of the winter tires for the first time... they refused. We have owned many new vehicles... I HATE this one and would NEVER buy another Nissan!!! More
