My hubby called me at the side of the road no oil or plug. We towed the car back there. They haven't checked for damage. The put oil and a plu back in a said it was fine. I've been trying to contact them to see about cleaning ou brand new driveway of the oil eating it. They pressure washed the oil off the car and took off his undercoat. No compensation. When he picked up his car there is still oil on his brake rotors. Greedy crooks. More

The default position is "replace it all at maximum cost" without trying to systematically diagnose the problem in a logical fashion. It also seems as if we had a lot of premature repairs that magically seemed to be needed right after a prior repair. Terrible place. Nobody cares. Buy a Honda. Waterloo Honda is the other end of the spectrum. Great service and they do care. Honest with integrity unlike Waterloo Nissan. More
