Service Issues I made appt for oil change, rotate tires and fix the horn. dropped it off at 7:30 am and at 4;00 pm still not done as they had ONE hoist down. Lots of excuses that made no sense. Had a quick lube area, but wanted to have the same technician deal with oil, tires and horn. Couldn't even consider breaking up the work as it is not efficient (their words) More

Gutter sales people I had a lease that was coming due. I called from New York and organized with Waterloo to take the old car and get me a new car/lease for my mum. I ask I had a lease that was coming due. I called from New York and organized with Waterloo to take the old car and get me a new car/lease for my mum. I asked if the old winter tires they stored for us would fit on the new car/lease. They said yes. They dropped the new car at my mums without the winter tires so we sent it back. Days later they called me to tell me that the old tires would not fit. I said I was sold the new lease with the understanding the old winter tires would fit. I have about 3 rude people called me back blaming me for the confusion, even though i had done the entire transaction by email and had proof. Eventually they showed up at my 85 year old mums house...parked the car in front of her house without winter tires on it. Knocked on the door and thew the keys at her and ran away. Waterloo has dropped to a moral low in my opinion. I will never set foot in this dealership again. Now that my lease is up...I am off to Audi More

He was so very helpful to go over everything with me and explained this all in detail, i was so grateful for his help and patience with all the questiobs I had for him. Not a good sales experience We bought 2018 Transit Van (12 Seater). The delivery date was delayed by over a month and that was explained by the sales persons. In our email corres We bought 2018 Transit Van (12 Seater). The delivery date was delayed by over a month and that was explained by the sales persons. In our email correspondence, before the purchase it was very clear that we asked for certain accessories and that included back up alarm and all that was agreed thru the email. But when we got the delivery it was not installed. We took the delivery anyway. And we were asked to prove that back up alarm was agreed by the sales persons. Somehow, the sales persons could not remember that agreement. We understood and sent them the email thread showing that back up alarm was part of the accessories we asked for. But no reply was received. We waited for 2 weeks and send the email thread again. But there is no reply so far. While taking the delivery, we also pointed out scratched headlight and side view mirror (driver side) and sales persons promised to fix the headlight and replace the side view mirror. But we are doubtful, that we will hear back from them again. We took the vehicle for Safety Inspection to Waterloo Service station and also called the sales persons but unfortunately we could not get them on phone. (We left message with the receptionist). We went ahead and got the back up alarm at our cost and are still waiting to hear from sales persons either to give us a date for replacing side view mirror and headlight or may be we might have to get this done at our own cost. More
