In fact, everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful, and at times were willing to go out of their way to accommodate me. James Sellner was also very helpful throughout the process. When I went to pickup my car the weather was overcast, and so they moved the car into the showroom for me so that it'd be clean and spotless upon pickup. I was really impressed with this dealership having visited probably 15 others in the tri-cities while shopping around, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
