Vehicle was warm and ready for test drive (it took us over 2 hours to drive here). Kids received their drinks and playtime on iPads, which gave us an hour to make our decision. Our sales representative Robert is knowledgeable, honest, explaining all "extras" on the bill. There were no rush (by the way, we came just before closing). All questions were answered without jumping to "it's a deal!" One of the major point - it is a respect to our old VW Jetta. (One sales person from Yorkdale VW was trying to sell pre-owned vehicle to us, told us that we have a "HORRIBLE" vehicle, "Garbage"). Financial application did not take long, which was nice. He got me the most I was offered for my vehicle and felt that I wasn't low balled. He understood what I wanted and what other offers I was considering. He presented several alternatives and let me choose vs trying to shoe horn me into something they wanted. On the day of the pick-up he had the car ready and showed all of the features and explained them thoroughly. Overall it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership.
