When I went to pick it up and do the walk through we found a few issues and was told by VJ that they would be ordered. After 1 month I stopped in to see if the parts were in and VJ said they weren't in yet. I stopped today and 1 more month gone by and talked to Nicole who informed me that VJ was no longer their (thank goodness), she then looked up my work order and informed me that VJ had never ordered anything. Nicole then dug a little deeper found out that everything was covered by warranty and she would order them first thing in the morning. We'll see what happens but I have all the confidence that Nicole will get things done More

Garbage Evergreen is now out of business and the brand new trailer I purchased in May no longer has warranty. The warranty work they did do on the trailer when we picked it up is already falling apart. A request sent to the Manager has been ignored. RUN AWAY!! Buy something else, anything. Stick to reputable brand names and dealerships that sell quality products. Garbage. More

Then their general manger Jim Smith is the rudest person we have come across in all our years of our purchasing deals , I have made many deals in my life, Jim is the most arrogant & rudest guy I ever had to deal with , not suitable for his position at this dealership , my recommendation is he be replaced . Never see us darken their doors again !!!!!! More

DONT BUY YOUR RV FROM HERE!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! Hopefully this will save another buyer from experiencing the same thing. I have never wrote a negative review but I feel the need to do so with Visi Hopefully this will save another buyer from experiencing the same thing. I have never wrote a negative review but I feel the need to do so with Vision RV. We purchased a Heritage Glen 2014 Trailer from them in April of 2014. When we bought it it had damage on the island and that was just the start.... In the first camping trip the jacks went down while driving on the highway, it had rained and one of the slides was not sealed properly so there was water all over the floor the carpet was soaked, additional problems : water tank spilling half the water out while driving, floor all scratched up due to the slide, windows not sealed, the list goes on. We bought from Vision RV so we would have the convenience that the warranty work would be taken care of, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. After the first summer of camping we had brought our trailer in to them to fix all the issues in October 2014. My husband went to go check in on its progress in March of 2015 and absolutely nothing had been done! We needed it for that May long and they advised that they would have the floor done but the other stuff would have to been done at another time ( we would have to bring it in again). We got our trailer back with the floor redone with BUBBLES ALL THROUGH THE LINOLEUM. My husband walked back into the parts office and told him to come look at this work and he agreed that would need to be fixed, ( he would make a note on the work chart and they would redo it when they fixed the other outstanding issues). ( I should note my husband fixed the water tank issue on his own, its good he is handy or we would be SOL) At this point my husband called the manufacture to see what the issue was with this trailer etc... It was confirmed that Vision RV put in a claim for all the warranty work and the manufacture had paid out the claim and nothing was done to fix our trailer! THEY ARE FRAUDS! After my husband trying to book in the trailer numerous times and them telling us there was no available bookings for it to be fixed my husband gave up. Until he got a phone call in early March 2016 , he received a phone call from Rory to have the trailer booked in to fix the outstanding warranty work. They made it for June 6,2016. He goes and try's to drop it off and the office says there is no appointment, and it would be 3 weeks till they could get us in. Also to top it all off they will not fix the flooring cause there was no note made on the chart and we are over our warranty date! Also VJ suggested that they could just give us the parts to fix the outstanding warranty work ourselves! But if we wanted to leave the trailer there to be fixed ( 3 weeks later) it would be $150 for them to move it into the garage for the warranty work!!!!!! LITERALLY VISION RV IS A JOKE TO DEAL WITH!!!!! DO NOT BUY A RV FROM THEM WITH THE INTENTION OF GETTING ANY WARRANTY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE YOU LEAVE WITH YOUR TRAILER! We are seasoned RV owners and we have never had a worse experience in our lives so far dealing with a Dealership!!! I would give them 0 stars if it was a option! More

Upgrade! Vision RV was great to us. They worked with us on a used model that is perfect for our family. Jared was amazing to deal with, and really fought har Vision RV was great to us. Fast, efficient, accurate information provided I found the trailer I was interested in on Kijiji. I called the dealership and got Jennifer in sales.
