Once again we were treated with much respect and made feel very comfortable at Vision RV. We would like to say a big thank you to Chantal Allen for her professionalism, patience and friendliness in helping us find the perfect RV for us. Through phone calls, emails and after closing hours, Chantal did a superb job in helping us choose our new RV. She is a very caring sales lady as she even called us to see how we made out travelling to our destination with our new RV and to make sure everything was ok. Also, thank you to Ashley Munro for her spectacular work in financing. Great communication through phone calls, emails and faxing. Ashley, you are the best!!!! Thank you to the friendly staff in the service shop and the thorough walk through. Awesome job. To, Jim, ( the manager ) and all your extraordinary staff at Vision RV in Acheson, Clayton and I couldn't have asked for better treatment. worst experience ever To make a long store short we bought a new Cardinal which we were able to use for 6 weeks before returning to the service department. They ended up To make a long store short we bought a new Cardinal which we were able to use for 6 weeks before returning to the service department. They ended up having it there for 9 months!!! (Most of our 1 yr warranty). Anyways, the manufactor didn't seal our slides properly and left us with water and mold damage! And there was no brakes left on the unit from the travel to visions from manufacturer in the states (thank god we didn't have an accident)! Obviously no proper inspections were done even though their lists were checked off but not signed!!! Visions was not easy at all to deal with. Many of our calls were not returned and we were treated rudely. They didn't care because the sale was made and they had their money. The service manager was no help and i ended up having to deal with the manufacturer myself (I don't get a paycheck from Visions-she does!!) Our unit is now fixed but the stress, the rudeness,the length of time to fix was unbelievable. Worst experience ever. More

Item on sales order never available Ordered our new trailer from manufacturer and even though an item was on one the build sheet, we never received exactly what was ordered. Them item i Ordered our new trailer from manufacturer and even though an item was on one the build sheet, we never received exactly what was ordered. Them item in question still shows as an available option on the manufacturer website even though they say it was never available and was not included in the pricing we agreed upon. Well we were under the understanding that the agreed upon price included the item we never received. Now Vision RV will not respond to any phone calls, nor do they answer any emails. I guess its off to the Better Business Bureau time. More
