I won't be back My Sales rep was not knowledgeable about the new 5th wheel. She encouraged me to Google how to use the features of the trailer. When she did provide advice, the RV tech would correct her. I was told when we purchased the RV, the RV tech would be giving us the orientation. I must conclude that No PDI was completed on my RV as no PDI report was provided even after several requests. Over the course of 12 months, my RV was in the Service Department for over 6 months waiting for warranty work. The Service Department had extremely creative excuses for the delays, but most were related to waiting on parts. As I subsequently found out, they were extremely slow in ordering the part. Most of the warranty work was ultimately completed but it was an uphill battle to get things done. After 3 cordial attempts and getting no response from Vision RV Manager (Jim Smith), I went to the RV Manufacturer with a comprehensive list of outstanding warranty work. The Service Department did as a result pick up their socks somewhat. Still warranty work did extend beyond the 12 month period. Fortunately, because I contacted the RV Manufacturer, the outstanding warranty work was completed. I had to have the RV Manufacturer confirm this with the Dealership. There was some warranty work that was required for the fridge. Vision RV said the fridge would be fine with the addition of a baffle which was installed post 12 months. However, even with the baffle, the fridge still did not cool properly and still had a very noisy fan. I called Dometics (fridge manufacturer) who were puzzled why Visions did not complete the work, The work has been authorized to a different authorized RV repair company. While at the Vision's, RV’s hard wall was damaged twice on two separate visits. To Vision's credit they did repair the hard wall damage. The real question is why was their damage? Once perhaps but twice. At the time of the warranty work, I was told by the Service Department there was a $150 handling and moving fee. If I didn't pay it, Vision’s would not do any warranty work. As other RV dealers will not conduct warranty work on RV units they didn't sell, I had no recourse but to pay the extortion fee. I was told it was policy. I understand that policy has now been revised. You will need to decide on whether to purchase you RV here or not. The price for our RV was good, but the extreme poor service on warranty work very quickly eroded the savings and all the excitement about the new RV (poor value for the money). This is our 3rd new RV and it has been the absolute worst purchase. We had no problems at all with the other 2 new RV. Any potential issues were fixed before we took possession. I won't be back to Vision’s. More

Busy but well managed dealership. Worst Dealer I have ever dealt with!! Do not ever buy a camper from this Dealer!! Worst customer service and their service department is the worst I ever experienced in my life! They do not back their products and the extended warranty is a total scam!! After only 2 yrs my whole side of my camper is full of cracks from a couple inches to numerous feet in length. And their service manager told me its my problem not theirs??? xxx... Problems started from the time I picked it up 2 yrs ago and hasn't stopped. Even last year during the fire evacuation here in Fort McMurray they would not even let me bring it in for service. It was my temporary home and they didnt even care or have any compassion!! More
I thought buying a holiday trailer was suppose to be fun! We picked up our 2018 Siverback Cedar Creek today (which we had ordered back in Feb) OMG how horrible can buying a trailer get. Our salesman Bruce did his best to help us out and would always call if he didn't know the answer. But dealing with the service department was frustrating. We spent over 2 hours today (forget how long we were for last week)and there was only one man knowing something and I would like to tell everyone if you want answers ask for Jessie. He went above and beyond to solve problems no one else cared to or told us couldn't be fixed. He proved them all wrong several times today thanks again Jessie for all your help. And yet after all the hours we came home to have to read how to turn everything on because no one took the time to show us and in truth we were so tired of dealing with what we needed we just gave up. TOTALLY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Then we go to pay and it took the service dept over 3/4 to print the invoice. Ok now to go back to the sales office and yep Jim figures he can try and get us to pay more than what was on our bill of sale. No discussion there! I can't remember how many times we called the finance dept to get the final figure. A deal was a deal and if you can't train your staff then the problem lies at the top of the rung. Recommend try a different dealership - they really can't be any worse one in the area. More
Terrible!!!! They do not honour warranty service August 2016 bought a 2015 5th wheel Sedona with a 1 year warranty went on a 2 week holiday & found many flaws, when we took it back to them this is August 2016 bought a 2015 5th wheel Sedona with a 1 year warranty went on a 2 week holiday & found many flaws, when we took it back to them this is our results with the warranty ... .furnace not working..DECLINED Weather stripping on slide out popped out...DECLINED Flooring loose..DECLINED Slide out leaks, rug gets wet...DECLINED Other slide out lower on one side by 3-4"..DECLINED Kitchen floor slopes..DECLINED Bumper is lower on one side ..DECLINED Slide does NOT seal can see light through.."NO ISSUE On of the doors are stripped..APPROVED Bathroom floor squeaks..APPROVED We now have to buy a new furnace, the customer service is absolutely terrible and when we disputed the issues they told us to phone GULF STREAM, which we did and they stated that EVERYTHING was approved to get fixed!!!! More

When I picked the trailer up at the service department it was dirty (supposedly clean), I went over it it one of the technicians and we wrote down all the deficiency's, which he signed and so did I, parts where supposed to ordered. When I returned to the service department about a month later to check on the ordered parts, nothing had been ordered by VJ, but he was no longer their so I felt with Nicole who looked everything up and ordered it. 3 months later I get a call that all the parts are in, so we made an appointment for May 15. When I arrived on May 15th Nicole was no longer their and there was no appointment, but they got me in. Both left and right wheel opening mouldings (fenders, Plastic) had to be replaced (cracked, noted on delivery) and the front door step moulding was also cracked (noted on delivery) theses where all beige in colour. Ken the service manager calls me that the new fenders are the wrong colour and if he orders again they will be 4 months and probably the wrong colour so white ones where installed and look awful. The step moulding was never ordered and when they phoned Forest River they will only warranty the part not the labour and if I install it they won't cover the moulding, that's bull poop. I went to the owner of Vision R.V. Inc Larry (who also own's Sherwood Park Kia) he said it wasn't his problem and I should phone the manufacturer (you can tell he really only cares about the money not the people). Tried to phone the manufacture but the phone numbers and email addresses are wrong. Phoned my salesman to get the correct phone number and email address and its been over a week and he hasn't got back to me either. Buyers beware this company is all about them and screw the customer. I hope they read this review. More
Avoid this place They treat you like a king and tell you everything you want to hear until the sale is finalized. More
