Wednesday, September 11 2023 camper returned to Vision RV due to C R A C K E D . F R A M E Wednesday, September 18 Visited Vision RV to speak to management. ( Melanie ) regarding the series of malfunctions regarding my 2023 Camper Explained that as shown, there have been an exceptional amount of issues with this camper ( Manufacturers defective CRACKED & BENT FRAME which was not found by Vision RV Staff during "50 point inspections" , worn tires due to bent frame, Hot water take fell out, fridge stopped working, oven stopped working, back bunk even after being "repaired" 3 times would not stay in downward position without something to weigh it down, two curtains had small rips in them that were not noticed during purchase since blinds were in upright position, wooden trim around slide fell off before our first camping trip ... and this, is just to name a few. Melanie showed very little compassion towards any of these defects, and offered very little to no resolution other than "we are going to work with the manufacturer about getting this fixed" This camper has been brought in NUMEROUS times for unreasonable repairs. A 2023 new camper, should not be this defective. After explaining that I had to just spend 900 to Rent a camper *while mine is at her dealership because I was sold a defective unit* , she then stated "we would of offered you a loaner camper".. When I had explained to her that we had ASKED FOR A LOANER, the response was an immediate NO, that was not an option. She seemed surprised that anyone would say that, because we should have been offered one. Monday, September 23. 3:30 pm Called, asked to speak with Melanie Was informed she was out of office Asked to speak with representative taking care of her position Reception took my number Thursday, September 26. 3.54 Called Vision RV Asked to speak with Melanie Robbi stated that she was off until the 29th I said, okay, I'll need to chat with whoever is taking care of management while she is away Robbie didn't know who was taking care of Management and stated "uhhh.... I'll check that" Hold duration, 4min 30sec She then said that Abbi was taking care of things, I asked to speak with him, she said "he's away at the moment" I asked, away as in out if the office or busy? She then stated "he's just away at the moment, I'll take a message and he will call you back" Thursday, September 26. 4:11 The lady who has been handling the correspondence between Vision rv and the manufacturer called me I asked her for an update regarding my Camper, she had stated "what I know is that they are dealing with the manufacturer that provides the frame" I asked that she email me any correspondence regarding this * NOTHING WAS EMAILED TO ME 4:22 pm Abbi calls me back, I tell him that I called on Monday the 23rd and that he hadn't returned my call, explained that I needed a loaner camper for the weekend He then states "We don't offer loaner campers" ( ouuuuu, interesting that Abbi would say this, after Melanie just swore that it was something that they did offer and that one would of been provided to me, interesting ) He asked if I talked to Melanie about this And I explained that I called on Monday to discuss this and left a message but no one called me back and that Melanie said one would be offered under these circumstances He said he would call Melanie and call me back 6:37 pm Abbi calls me back to tell me that he spoke to Melanie and that no loaner camper would be offered I asked him to email that to me do that I would have this in writing since Melanie Was "shocked" that anyone had said no previously to this exact request He said "well I'm telling you we cant" I said, I understand that But I want it in writing Please send me an email explaining No email received More

This dealership lied about the trailer that we were getting. They sold us a rotten roof and didn't give us the inspection report until the end of the sale. There are not enough negative words to describe the atrocious service or rather NON service by this dealership. Do not buy from here solely for IF you need any warranty work done, which you will, good luck, it won't happen. And if you bring in your unit, watch for more damage being done while it's there. Take pictures, but it won't help because they will just deny and deflect. Also if you're lucky enough to talk to a "service manager" consistently maybe 3x in a row. I went through at least 4 different guys that called themselves service managers...the GM refuses to even talk with us the customer to resolve issues . We are being denied service now to completion. The brand new trailer has been in repair there since October 22...no end in sight. Small issues made big by more damage being done to the trailer while in their care then denied it was done there. Although they have no proof it WASNT done there because they don't do damage pictures before and after service. Just horrible horrible to TRY to deal with. Do not buy from here if you want to preserve your sanity. To put in perspective, we bought an over 100,000$ unit...not a small rv. More

My husband and I bought a new 2020 Sabre in 2021 from Vision RV. We were more than impressed with our service, however this changed quickly. We had several trips back to the dealership for different wara Vision RV. We were more than impressed with our service, however this changed quickly. We had several trips back to the dealership for different waranty issues. The decal was pealing, and replaced with the wrong year color. The floor had a drill hole from a tech when he repaired a door. The sky light was cracked and replaced and screw holes were visable. Fridge came lose 2x and the second time their tech scratched and dented the door and bent our door frame removing it. .........as well as other issues to many to mention. We were dismissed. Our trailer has spent most of the summer seasons on their lot waiting for repairs. At the beginning of this season, our 1st trip out the slide cable broke. My husband did the best he could setting up. He stopped by the dealership on the way home and was told push the slides in and drop it off and we will look at it when we can. We managed to make the best of our trip with our 3 year old grandson. After the weekend my husband dropped it off, where it sat for 3 weeks. We were told they didn't have time to look at it, they were busy. We tried to be understanding. Finally after another call my husband was quoted $1300 for the repair to the slide, after all cables just snap! My husband made a trip out to see what was going on only to learn they had not taken the unit in but had only assumed what had happened. We were then told without knowing the total cost of the repair that they would pay 50/50 take it or leave it. My husband was then hung up on. We both went to the dealership to see if we would get anywhere talking to Don or Melanie. The end result was us pulling our unit out and taking it to another forest river dealer. The issue was more than the assumed cable and in fact is covered by warranty. After having the slides inspected and worked on, on 3 different occasions at Vision RV this issue should have been discovered and resolved. Beware of Vision the after sale service was a terrible experience. More
