We had bad vibes just from walking in there. No one even said "hi" when we walked in and we had to approach sales staff ourselves. Nonetheless, we tried to buy the trailer we wanted but the manager Melanie was difficult to deal with and came across very rude so we didn't make a deal. This place has some serious work to do on friendliness and their service. This place gives off seriously unhappy vibes. But we were happy to buy our trailer elsewhere! More

Clearly there's a lot of issues going on with this place when every time you go in there's all new staff. Bought 1 trailer here & nothing but issues & no one will help or is around long enough to help. Not when every time you go in there's all new staff. Continuing on so she is in bc and I am in Edmonton and this trailer arrives. Immediately I notice it in fact isn't brand new, I ask Dean about it and he says nope it's new don't worry. This is where it g this trailer arrives. Immediately I notice it in fact isn't brand new, I ask Dean about it and he says nope it's new don't worry. This is where it gets so very bad. They leave it without my grandma present, it's got tape holding the crown molding on its got scratches everywhere, the backslash is help on by push pins to name a few. . We are then told they sold us the demo from the showroom yet pur new not demo on sales slip. It needed skirting and we added it to financing only to find They chose a local person to do it, charged us 6200$ took her 1 month to come and it is absolute garbage. Okay so now I see the sales slip and see they charged her 99,000$ for what we were told was a 4 season brand new trailer that was the same monthly payments as the other one. Nope!!!! They placed her into a payment of 900$ per month on a 20 yr loan term!!! She's 85!!! She'll never fulfill this loan. So Immediately I call and tell them to cancel this all now we're done ! Melanie the absolute apitomy of slug along with her little so called finance manager began ghosting my grandma knowing she was in bc, they didn't so much as have the decency to tell her what she needed to know about the financial ruin they had just placed her in. All the bulk crap lies from telling her to lie to insurance, to her payments were the same to they would be coming by weekly to assist if need be. All lies!!!! Remember shes 85 deaf and trusted them to help her. The trailer is fine for someone looking to camp once in a while in the summer in warm climate. Not alberta!! And it was used at an rv show and sold as new. The tanks had crap in them when they transported it. We began trying to end this sale the day it was delivered. We have rights and we weren't allowed to use then apparently ghosting us until the 30 days is up to return makes sense to them. They have backed an elderly woman into a corner that has now become detrimental to her health. On all correspondence it was made very clear that she is 85, cannot hear or understand well and needed extra care while looking at options..they assured me they were doing so. They scammed an elderly woman into something that she clearly wanted out of the min they sold her the lemon the first time. Luckily I have now been approved to take this full story to our MLA as I have friends that work in this area of expertise, also the ombudsman has our full disclosure and statements from others also on this matter, our local news team has agreed to hear our story, and I master in marketing and have begun the take down of these despicable humans. Shame on you all for this. Shame on you for thinking you will get off scott free by harming an elderly woman whom clearly told you she didn't want this. I plan to make this the story on the tips of all potential rv buyers to save someone else from there disgusting practice they call business. They left her rv also while she wasn't even on the province. We shall see how this transpires.. pls note all comments made her have documents to back all accounts of what occurred. More

My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing an RV this past week from Vision RV. Our salesperson Brad was awesome to deal with. He offered us a no pressure sales experience and truly listened to us about past week from Vision RV. Our salesperson Brad was awesome to deal with. He offered us a no pressure sales experience and truly listened to us about the type of Rv unit we were looking for. He was able to find us the unit that had everything we were looking for. The buying experience from purchase to finance to delivery was great! Every staff member we dealt with treated us like an old friend. They took their time with us and made sure we left completely satisfied and confident to head off and enjoy our camping experience with our new RV! We can’t say enough about the great experience we had! More

We had a horrible experience with Vision RV. Their customer service was horrible, and when I say customer service, I really mean with just one consultant that we were trying to deal with -- Jack Their customer service was horrible, and when I say customer service, I really mean with just one consultant that we were trying to deal with -- Jack M. the apparent Special Finances Manager. He was never clear on what stage of the application process we were at, didn't even seem to know which of the RVs it was we were interested in buying and left us really in the dark. He would decline phone calls and then text saying "I can't talk right now" or "I am too busy to talk to you" and then would never call back afterwards or at all. He didn't respond to emails either. I get that its a busy dealership and there are multiple customers that they've got to deal with at one time but this was unacceptable. We fell in love with a trailer and then were "ghosted" completely by him. All of our paperwork and documents were sent in and we still haven't heard from him or any other RV representative. My husband and I honestly thought maybe we were being scammed and questioned the legitimacy of whether or not we were even actually dealing with someone from Vision RV. Highly disappointed. More
