They really seemed to care about us as customers! Dealt with Paul Brandt and Vincent Law. Both brilliant! Really helpful, worked very hard to help us and accommodate our requests. Very proactive and above all they really seemed to care about getting things right for us. We just bought a 2016 Pilot, Paul enabled us to have it ready for our BC road trip (which it was brilliant for, the 2016 Pilot is exceptional!). From start to f I had a lovely experience with Village Honda, which was something I greatly appreciated for it was my first time purchasing a vehicle. From start to finish, I was provided with the utmost in customer service; I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for to start off with, but they were able to find something absolutely perfect (and affordable!) for me in a timely manner. I was always given clear, accurate and helpful information regarding the vehicle I was looking at, and any and all questions I had (some of which were quite naive, coming from a newbie,) were met with understanding and honest answers. The great vehicle aside, I would go back exclusively for the high quality customer service provided. You can expect a fair, positive and educational experience, which is what I would call an absolutely fabulous experience! More

I'm so glad I chose the car at Village Honda because I felt the best working with honest, knowledgeable and professional team. Finance Team made the process of purchasing the car so easy without any hassle. Sales Team was knowledgeable, I had a lot of questions and all my questions were always answered promptly. I was also surprised and pleased to receive the lovely bouquet from Village Honda. I respect the fact that Village Honda cares about customer satisfaction. Not another used car from this dealership I came to this dealer because they had a nice selection of used vehicles on their lot, they are close to where I live, and where I work. My grandpa had a nice experience here about 4 months ago when he came in to lease a new vehicle, and the process seemed fairly painless. I guess they only put good salesmen in the new vehicle sales and leasing portion of their business. That is the only reason I put 'fair' for this assessment. My used car purchase went wrong from day one, when I first signed what I thought was a refundable deposit on a vehicle - I had no intention of buying the car, yet, and i told them that. It was the same day that I got a notice from their finance manager that 'You are approved for financing...' The next day I circled back with the salesman and told him I decided not to proceed with the purchase and asked for my deposit back, the salesman responded 'that's our money'! He explained to me (afterwords of course) that this deposit was only refundable if my application for financing was not approved. So now I was forced with either of two things: walk away from the dealership and loose my $1,000 deposit, or be forced to buy a vehicle from the dealership in order not to loose money. Thankfully they have a good selection of used vehicles, and one of them was what I have been seeking for quite a while (Infinity G37X AWD with low KM's). Bottom line - Don't buy a used vehicle. The taste that's left in my mouth is that they are not transparent. More
Good sales, Disappointing service I bought my Honda Civic in Village Honda. Their sales was good: very polite, helpful, respond to all questions. So, I enjoyed the purchase process. I have been to their service several times and every time they did something wrong on the obvious things. I am scared to think what is also wrong on those things that I don't know much about. So, First visit - Replace tires. They removed all-season tires, did not mark which tire comes from where (you need to rotate them, right?). Installed winter tires. Returned dirty car. In the spring when I replaced it myself back to all seasons I noticed that they installed winter tires with rotation sign to rear (threads looking back). I was so disappointed that this company put my and my family's safety at risk for the entire winter. Second visit - Replaced oil. Operator was rude but process was smooth. So, no complains. Third visit - Replaced oil. They replaced oil and left sticker that says that I have to come back in 6 months or at 5000kms. Honda manual says that synthetic oil is required and maintenance manual says that it's good for at least 8000km. So they either replaced oil to wrong oil or don't know their own manual. Recommendation: If you are planning to buy a car at Village Honda and service it somewhere else, it's good place to go. For longer term relationship (purchase and service), based on my experience, I would suggest going somewhere else. Drive safe! More
Disrespectful, full of lie and fraud i was in urgent need of car when i went to purchase new honda 2015 from them. every document and things were finalized and at the time of purchase, th i was in urgent need of car when i went to purchase new honda 2015 from them. every document and things were finalized and at the time of purchase, the accounts lady says if you don't take liability , the bank will charge you higher interest. and i said no to all of their xxxxty plans , so she tried to scare me saying , if you don't take these plans the bank will deny the loan. so i took everything that she offered. and then i went to the bank, and they said they don't give a xxxx about the plans. you take the loan against the car. so then i called all the big offices from where they had given me these plans, got all of them refunded and also, they lied if i don't take plans , my interest will go here. everybody including bank who gave me the loans and the disability plan firm , and other protection plan office people, said she has lied and its a lie. i request please go to any xxxxtiest dealer in canada, that one will still be good compared to village honda. Liars, fraud and exploiting people in need , that is the motto of village honda. More

Could not find a nail in my tire for last two years that I had been complaining about and the service advisor has the g Very bad service trechnicians. Could not find a nail in my tire for last two years that I had been complaining about and the service advisor has the guts to tell me that "Flat tires dont cause accidents". Even government employees have better attitudes. Did not document my concerns about the tire pressure monitor system, was promised lifetime free oil changes but now am told that is free only if I get the B service done (this is not even in built in the contract). For last two years they out my family at risk and when advised that the tire went flat while driving on deerfoot I was advised that flat tires dont cause accident ( explains the knowledge of the service guys), was insulted and even told that since it is not documented I must have never told them about tire issues. I would not recommend this delaership for buying new vehicles. Have escalated to Aubrey and Jeff but do not expect much from them as they must be too busy dealing with good stuff. More
