Keith Duckett - Sales Consultant Keith is exceptional. Easily the best sales advisor that I have encountered in 40 years of buying cars. He works for you in a relaxing, consultative atmosphere. Keith spends time listening to your needs, wants and initial understanding of products, and then responds with as much knowledgeable information regarding Honda models and competitors as you would like. His presentation of vehicles and their characteristics is very comprehensive. We are enjoying the Honda he sold us, and advise our friends to talk with Keith if they want straight information in a non-stressful atmosphere. More
Horrible experience A horrible experience with Village Honda. We were not explain lease payments details and the rules. Sales person just gave us documents to sign. That was our third dealership that day, so we were tired and thought that we finally found the car we were looking for. Coming home we found that the dealership is overcharging document managing fees. All other dealerships did not have that and we checked 6 or 7 in total. We also decided that we can go with just 1 car in family for a while. What was our surprise when we came back to return the deposit and there were no politeness nor smiles anymore. Sales people did not want to deal with us. Our sales guy Ali, that missed to explain anything to us was referring to his boss all the time. The boss just looked at us and told that we signed all documents required and the car is ours now. We just filled in a lease application and did not sign the final documents at all. The story is not over yet. However, there are many Honda dealerships in Calgary and I do not recommend anyone to deal with the Village Honda. More

Car took until 3 PM and they picked me up with the shuttle. The car was not clean when I picked it up and they asked if I wanted a car wash. I think all cars should be washed. More

He knew quickly what we were in the market for, but did not at all make us feel pushed. Great knowledge, humor, professionalism, warmth and service, answering all questions and answering our questions with questions. I work in customer service and was extremely impressed with Paul's and then Dee Leppky in partnership. I used to take my old Honda in for servicing at Village Honda, and of course will continue to with my new one. Personable, friendly, made me feel like part of a team. Thank you, Paul, for even coming in after your shift ended, to accommodate my time to complete the sale. Definitely have already talked up Village Honda and Paul Brandt and will continue to do so. Please review the law before you running the business!!!(AMVIC) The only mandatory you can charge are tax & tire levy. Others are all optional!!! You dont give the rights to choose what I need or not!! Why you refuse to give the photocopy of document I signed? Are you planning to modify it after I leave ?? The pre-owned sales manager "Nick M" is really rude after I notice they charge the illegal fee . Told me "These fees are mandatory , all customers have to pay if you dont want to pay, you can go and you will lost $1000 deposit!! Dear Nick , do you realize that I already confirmed with the AMVIC before talking to you. When I say " I will go government to complain" , three people in his office told me "yeah, go head" . Really cute, so the laws means nothing to them ! I don't mind paying the accessories fee if you told me that is optional ! STOP BREAK THE LAW AND SCAM THE CUSTOMERS ! ----------------------------------- I did give the 5 stars to the sales rep and financial manager in your in internal survey, because I agree their services and help. I complain here because of the company policies. Also your "used-car sale manager" is rude to me .
