On this occasion, I brought my vehicle in for a Type B service and was greeted at the door by Heather. Heather was friendly and helpful in explaining the work scheduled on my vehicle and also readied my loaner vehicle for the day. She was also very hands-on when she called later to advise me that my tires needed to be realigned. I asked her about the severity of the repair and she was honest and provided me with her expert opinion on whether the repair could wait. When I went to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day, I was delighted to see that it had also been washed. More

Everyone is professional, helpful and friendly. I feel I am informed appropriately about required service and issues are explained well. I don't feel I am being gouged or that work is recommended which doesn't need to be done. Service is performed in a timely fashion and I am kept up to date on progress with larger jobs. All of this builds trust and customer loyalty. I have heard it said the salesperson in a dealership sells the first car and the service department sells the second and I couldn't agree more. On the basis of the service alone, I would hesitate to take my business elsewhere when buying a new vehicle in future. More

Excellent Service My service advisor was Iris. I was booked in for an oil change at 1 pm which takes an hour. She informed me that I need a "B" service which takes a My service advisor was Iris. I was booked in for an oil change at 1 pm which takes an hour. She informed me that I need a "B" service which takes a couple of hours. I told her that I needed to pick up my son from school at 3pm and the vehicle had to be done by 2:30pm at the latest. She was able to get the oil change and "B" service done in time.
