I called for an appointment and was offered the next day. I arrived at appointed during a busy morning and greeted with smiles and directions where to go for check-in. Heather Cadman was friendly and relaxed. She really listened to me and understood my needs completely. After enjoying a coffee and banana in my comfy waiting room area, my car was ready and waiting. She explained the work in detail, smiled brightly and laughed with me. A genuine person doing a great job! Came out to a sparkling newly washed version of my car. (ONLY downside was it was parked some distance from the service door entrance (near street) while my handicap parking pass hung right from my rear view mirror and it was slightly icy). No other vehicles occupied handicapped stalls. Thank-you again for "keeping it real". Very grateful. More

Brought my car in at 11am and received a call at 12.50 pm that the car was ready for pickup. Was promptly able to get a shuttle back to the dealership. Wonderful experience and they washed my car for me too! Also, the shuttle drivers are friendly and I didn't have to wait at all for them to pick me up. More

Great start to the day Had a 7:45 appointment for an A service (oil change and inspection). I was greeted at my car as I pulled into the garage (no waiting in line). Murray confirmed my appointment details and told me it would be done by 9:15 so I waited in the lounge and had a coffee. The service was finished by 8:45 and my car had been washed to boot. Murray greeted me at the lounge, went over the details and wished me a great day. Great and friendly service. Will continue to return to the dealership. More
Iris was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional I bought the Civic used from Village Honda. Just under 3 yrs later the following accessories were no longer working: -paid for as part of purchase - I bought the Civic used from Village Honda. Just under 3 yrs later the following accessories were no longer working: -paid for as part of purchase - heated seats (2 front seats) -hands free phone (one part, installed near the catch-all cup went missing) -came with the car, purchased by previous owner - remote starter When the oil came up needing to be changed, I requested that the above 3 items be fixed. My 'person' was Iris, who did a great job of understanding the various issues, noting where their 'phone person' would be engaged and where I had to take the car to have the seat heaters repaired. I was pleased with the oil change. I'm not happy with the hands-free, as I believe that a key part of the phone unit should not have been installed in such a 'high traffic' area (the catch-all). Or it should have been installed permanently vs able to slide in/out of the bracket easily. In my opinion, due to the location of this unit and the loose way it was installed, it was inevitable that the part would go missing (inches from the garbage bag). Estimated cost to replace the part = $120. I haven't yet had the heated seats repaired, so can't comment. The issue with the remote starter was that the part attached to the window, near the rearview mirror was flashing a blue light 24x7 since Oct/Nov. It flashed whether the car was running or parked. A woman (not Iris) called to let me know it was a battery issue with the keychain remote, and was now resolved. I don't understand how that could have been the issue as I have never used the remote starter or the keychain...which is kept in a box in the basement of the house. The car has a stickshift and is stored in our attached garage, so I have never used the remote starter. Anyway, I'm not convinced with her explaination of the problem, but I hope it is fixed now. More
