No Pushy Staff - Great Service On Oct 21,2016 I went to Village Honda to check out used CRV. Since the used Sales staff was busy, the receptionist introduced me to John Lussier. I n On Oct 21,2016 I went to Village Honda to check out used CRV. Since the used Sales staff was busy, the receptionist introduced me to John Lussier. I normally do not appreciate haggling and pushy sales folk. The dealership within reason without too much hassle created a win win environment and I ended up buying the CRV within less than 45 minutes. Back in the nineties, I had bought a Honda prelude for my son and to date this dealership for its service and outstanding ethics has not changed. Keep it up folks. More

Satisfied Customers We originally went to Village Honda to check out a used 2016 Honda CRV that was listed on their site. The vehicle had already sold, but with the help of John Lussier we considered a few other vehicles before we finally purchased a 2015 CRV. Unfortunately after driving the CRV for a couple days, we came to the conclusion it was not the vehicle for us. We contacted John and told him we had decided to take advantage of Village Honda's 7 Day Exchange Policy. John was totally understanding and worked patiently with us to find an alternate vehicle that we would be happy with. We landed on a brand new CRV and know we were treated more than fairly by John and Jason on the price differential. We are thrilled with our new car and would not hesitate to recommend Village Honda to friends and coworkers. More

Arrogant and disrespecful The sales manager attitude was totally unacceptable. He is not open to negotiation, his 'take it or leave it' attitude has no place in this business. You are selling a product which is produced in mass numbers and there are plenty of identical products on the market. It is not a design item or something unique! You have to show some respect and do something to attract your client. Honda is a very popular brand but this does not give you the right be arrogant! I will never go back to this place or recommend them after feeling insulted. More

Once we decided to go with a Civic Touring, everything was done over email or the phone, as we couldn't get in for the next week. Lack of interest in customer service Visited the location today. I really liked the variety of vehicles available to see in Pre-owned section. The customer service was not good at all. The sales rep actually did laugh at me when I said I never owened any car before. He also said, I must have saved a lot of money by buying a $90 train pass per month. I was a bit embarrased in front of my friend who were with me. After selecting a car and getting financial details, I asked a sales rep if he can offer me any deal/ discount on the base price, his answer was, 'yes, I can check with a manager of you really want to buy this car today'. I said, honestly I would love to compare your price with Honda West and then only I can make a decision. On this he replied, 'if you were not sure about your purchase today, why did you bother to drive from SE to NW?..you could have easily called me and asked me if there is any discount on online pricing'. We were all shocked by this answer from a sales person at the dealership. After this, I decided not to ask any single question and left within next 5 minutes after thanking him. I am happy to discuss this personal customer service experience with the management. More
